This store is always clean and neat, although some isles are narrow and not wide enough for 2 shopping baskets. Particularly when they are restocking the store during store hours.

I have never had anything but great experiences in the pharmacy and in the main store. Glen Head, Sea Cliff, and both SMITHTOWN locations have been wonderful

There is such a nice lady that works at the drive-through. She’s amazing. Today there was a guy there and an hour after my appointment. I go to get my medicine and he said it’s not ready. It’s still in the process. The other lady would’ve still checked for me and he said it’s definitely not ready. As I’m leaving and pulling out of the Parking lot I get a text that it’s all done. He just didn’t wanna be bothered and now I have to go out of my way in this traffic to go back around again and now I’m gonna be late for my next appointment. It just really furious me when someone doesn’t wanna be bothered. Thank you.

My Dr. sent in a script for me and they decided that they are not going to read the script completely and just not fill my script. So now instead of taking my weekly meds on a Friday, I have to wait until Tuesday, when they are able to fill it. Thanks for screwing up my meds.

BEWARE THIS PHARMACY STEALS OPIODS , is a shame to know so called professionals stealing pain medication from patients who truly need it , this has happened more than 4 times I have made several complaints and nothing has been done . The first time it happened they told me that they made a mistake and found the extra 3 oxycodone I had missing from my prescription bottle . Every month I’m always missing two to four pills. I am changing pharmacies. Please always count your pills before leaving the store ! P.s there are so many people working most who are extremely rude and nasty . They are so slow for example today it took them one hour to fill out my kids medication after I received the text saying it was ready . The pharmacist MONA is the worst !

Sold me multiple gift cards with stolen numbers. Have done nothing to help the situation and now I have to file disputes with each store and my bank. According to their own employees this is an on-going issue in this store.

-0 if possible. Closest CVS to my house and yet I can't even go there! I feel like there is a personal issues with the female pharmacists and I. I know for a fact they have lied to me (they've told me one thing, and when I've called back to confirm, another pharmacist would pick up and say they DO have the meds in stock). **ive had employee training at CVS - in training they state that ppl who show up should have first priority over the ppl that are not at the store. So the 'you need to wait 40 min' doesn't make sense. They play games, I highly doubt that they do not have my medication in stock for about 3 months (its not a weightloss injectable, which is the main thing that is experiencing shortages). They simply do not like me and will always say im too soon to fill (I've had pharmacists fill it 3 days early, now they state I cannot fill it to the exact day) .
Also, the automated answering service is a nightmare. It takes a cpl minutes just to answer all the robot's questions (who can't hear the bst) and you HAVE TO LEAVE A MSG. No one will pick up your call. once a upon a time, they'd answer your call. Now it's leave a msg and they'll get back to you... so if they forget to check their messages/forget to call you or anything...forgettaboutit. Gotta drive and go there in person if you need to s/w someone at once!
