Love groomerellas of Nesconset. My Dogs love going there I have a 17-year-old Shiba Inu and a three-year-old boxer mix, and they are so good with both of them. I highly recommend them for your pets.

I have been taking my two Maltese babies to Stephanie for years ( at least 6 years) they are now 14 & 11 y/o. I have never had any issues, the place is always clean and her staff are kind and helpful. I drive 1 hour every 10 weeks and I will never change it.

Stephanie, the owner is the absolute best. She loves her clientele. I only get my Golden Retriever Sherlock's nails clipped, which is not a pricey service, yet she treats us like gold. I love ❤️ Groomerellas.

I take my Australian labradoodle Charlie here every 4-6 weeks. They’re fantastic! They cut his hair any way I ask. Highly recommend. These guys know what they’re doing.

We have been using Stephanie for years. The staff is always friendly, and my dog always looks great. She is a senior dog now and is given tlc and love.

Absolutely hands down the best place to bring your pet, I love Stephanie she works with Cora every time she is absolutely amazing,so professional and an absolute sweetheart my dog knows her by name, tou won't be disappointed, love you guys keep up the great work happy holidays

I delayed giving a bad review/Did Stephanie the service of not writing a bad review after the first bad experience. Second bad experience deserves a review! My shorkies came back with fleas several times after going to this salon & when I canceled the appointments citing this reason Stephanie did NOT take it well. She comes off sweet, but she’s actually a bit unhinged. After grooming at home for about a year, I decided to give the salon a try again/hoping they got cleaner. After I dropped my dog off, (which was an odd experience as there was a male worker with blue hair/probably Stephanie’s boyfriend, giving me very nasty looks and a female groomer telling me how Stephanie NEEDS to speak with me) Stephanie called me very agitated and angry and laced into me for my flea accusation, she actually had the nerve to LIE and say that my two dogs (out of the thousands she sees) are the ONLY ones to ever have fleas! She also said in a very snarky manner “don’t you ever notice your dogs itch??? If they’re itching that means they have fleas and you should be cleaner with your bedding!” Extremely disrespectful. The fact of the matter is they Overbook and their cages are overflowing and there is flea transference going on there. Upon pickup she charged me a $10 fee for my dog having fleas out of spite when my dog did NOT have fleas. I paid without qualms knowing that she’s a bit crazy and too immature to hear feedback that was given in an articulate way, She then “discharged” my dogs and told me to go to another grooming salon in town, I’ll withhold the name so this review can be posted. which I’ve been doing for the past year and guess what??? NO FLEAS.

Groomerella always does a great job! We have brought both our babies there, and they always come out looking wonderful. We've referred Groomerella to multiple people and they all feel the same thank you Stephanie and crew.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. They take care of the dogs like they are their own. Everyone is so Professional yet, so Very Sincere. The owner is a lovely person. The price is fair for the very good job that they do. You know a place is GOOD if you call and they don't have an opening for several days. There's a reason for that. It's because they are worth the wait!Thank you ?? Groomellas for doing such an Excellent job today - like you Always do.???♥️ ?

Called about a month ago to schedule an appointment for my 2 female shepherds to get a bath. Was open to taking one in first and then the other if need be. Spoke to a young girl who I think is the owner and while she was nice she first stated she had nothing available until late September. Then walked back on that by asking how big my females were and that she was working by herself with no staff and doesn't really take large dogs. With the high cost of living on LI idk how you manage to pay for rent for your shop in areas like Nesconset by catering to only small dogs?? Business hours are also listed as 8am-3pm, which while I get there maybe other life obligations limiting availability but hiring an experienced groomer to maybe handle the larger dogs and keep the operations open later might help. Just my .02
