I told her my needs, she directed me to what she thought would work & explained why. The first 2 were the most comfortable for me. The one I chose was a purple brand which the company had changed the model but never told the sales team not sell that one on the floor. She knew I wouldn’t like the change right away. That was frustrating for both of us, after spending so long choosing the right one. Wasn’t meant to be … I went with my other choice. She wasn’t pushy, just genuinely helpful in finding the right mattress to suite my needs.”

I cane in with negatively because I didn’t want to buy a new mattress at all, but had to get one. She did it all, set me up with an amazing mattress and delivering it to my house in less than 3 days! Give her a raise because she deserves it!!! Hard workers are hard to find. You’ve got one!!!!”

Met a wonderful salesperson named Bryson who took his time explaining the different types of mattresses, firmness levels, cooling, pillow top and more. He was so helpful. Long story short, i bought a beautiful Stearns and Foster mattress with an adjustable frame and I couldn't be happier.

She didn't pressure my fiance and I but instead invested her time into understanding our needs and made recommendations she thought would be best for us. “I purchased a dinette, sofa recliner and a queen size bed from Bayshore Furniture a couple of months ago. Our salesman was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about their merchandise. I found their prices to be fair and better than their competition. After two months, we are still very pleased with our furniture purchase. It is attractive, sturdy and appears to be well-crafted overall. I would recommend Bayshore Furniture to my friends and family for all their furniture needs and am sure to be back.”
“I purchased a bedroom set and living room couch as well as a recliner from the Medford location. I had an amazing salesman or owner (not sure as to the title of the man) help me without being intrusive as I shopped around. When I had a question he was very polite and very respectful. I got a great vibe from him as well as the store. PS. I purchased everything and it came as stated on time. Everything was perfect. I realized they sell the same kitchen table I have. Sadly one leg broke off the kitchen table (remember this was NOT purchased from them. This is an older table i already had). I went to the Medford location and asked if there was a way to order one leg and I pay them. Same gentleman that helped me said no problem. He orders me 4 Brand new legs and refused to take anything for it. Free. I insisted on paying something. He refused and said it was his pleasure. Where can you find service and professionalism like this anymore? This will be the place I order any furniture from for now on. And I implore anyone else definitely to shop here. My sales rep said it could take up to 6 months, they contacted me when they had the estimate date. It was worth the wait as it is made in the USA. Delivery and set up was perfect.
