I've been going to this practice for years and am always happy with the care I get. The only thing I would change is the response time for prescription renewals. Today, they called the pharmacy right away which I truly appreciated, but normally it takes a few days before it is sent to the pharmacy and filled. Other than that, the staff is extremely helpful.

Watch them closely regarding billing, they make "mistakes" often. The doctors here are good. They lost a few stars for their coverage of Covid. When I was legitimately sick with Bronchitis they wouldn't see me due to Covid risk (years after covid started).

This office is so unprofessional. The MA and DR that I saw left my examine room door open (while asking private questions) because it “gets too hot”. Dr was asking me questions about my visit while in the hallway with other people present & not in private which was uncomfortable. The MA that took my EKG had zero courtesy. Smacking the ekg wires against the exam table & aggressively throwing them on my lap. Also, right after my EKG was done, I was in the middle of changing and doctor came right into room without knocking, I had to yell to close the door. The only good thing about my visit was how nice the girl was that took my blood. She was a doll. Other than that, I hated my experience & will not be coming back to this office. Also, I never leave bad reviews but this experience really upset me & hope they don’t treat all the patients this way.

I was very displeased with my experience today. I made an appointment online for which I checked in and received a confirmation. When I arrive the office staff tells me they have no appointment on file. Refused to look at my confirmation. When I tell them that I took off work to go there today and will not have the chance to come back soon they completely dismiss me and ask if I want to talk to a manager. At no point was there an apology or any concern at all or even a question why I was trying to see the doctor. I will not be coming back to this location ever again.

I have been waiting for an hour and a half for them to answer the phone and still no answer this is insane. I could have gotten to a doctor been home and had my medicine in this amount of time, what horrible service.Update: after an hour and 40 minutes of waiting on hold I receive a voice message saying they are having system problems and to try again later...the office is now closed

Waited 40 mins on hold to speak to someone regarding a prescription refill that was requested 30 days ago.4 days ago I was informed it was faxed to my pharmacy. As of today my pharmacy has not received the order. I can’t even get through to the office to find out what the problem is. Tried calling 3 times today and left a message for a call back. Still waiting...... having been a patient of this practice for over 30 years,I have been reluctant to change to another practice. I travel a long distance to stay with this group. This is not the first time I have experienced a communication problem with this office. Time for me to throw in the towel and find a new doctor.

It takes forever for anyone to answer the phone to make a appointment. When u are in the office you are seen quickly but they are always referring you to other doctors in there practice. The copayment’s add up quickly. Forget if you have a minor procedure that has to be done they rake you over the coals with Unnecessary testing, I had one doctor call another doctor quack because of all the extra testing he made me go for.

Made an appointment for the lab to have blood taken for 1:00pm. Fasting! Got to the office to check in 10 minutes early. At 1:10pm I asked the thing behind the counter that is supposed to pass as a receptionist if the phlebotomist was back from lunch or running late. She replied “It’s only 1:10.” At 1:30pm and 2 more people waiting I walked into the back looking for my doctor. I found a couple girls looking at their phones in an office and asked if THEY knew where the phlebotomist was. One girl said she was the phlebotomist and had issues at lunch. In disbelief I told her my appointment was for 1pm, I’d been fasting since yesterday. She told me she was taking a break now and she’d be with me soon. I went out and relayed this info to the others waiting. We all exchanged horror stories how the practice is changing. At 1:40 she finally called me. The woman at the desk did absolutely nothing to mitigate the problem by updating me. Matter of fact she lied that the phlebotomist was not in the building. Tried calling Tina (office mngr) and you are sent in a circle of people that answer “Mt. Sinai” yet don’t know where Nesconset office is! I will never have blood work done there again. I stay because of Stacey. Best PA/person ever. I also confirm my appointments twice because too many times I’ve gotten there and told I didn’t have one and will NEVER go early again!

I like my Dr and don’t want to leave her BUT waiting for the office to pick up the phone when calling for an appointment or prescription renewal is the reason I’m looking to leave her practice.Please read your reviews, this seems to be a common problem.

Doctors are very nice and attentive. Front desk pleasant. Front desk check in not designed well. A long hold time on the phone when you try to make appointment.

Dr. Radzik is a great doctor. He keeps his appointments rather timely for a doctor. He is communicative and a wonderful doctor
