I love this location, everyone is always so friendly. I also feel like the individuals that I've spoken to about pet care really know what they are talking about. They have done a great job in updating many of the care brochures over the years.
I still believe Petsmart as a whole should really evaluating the methods in which some of these animals are obtained. Responsible breeding is one thing, but there are still too many people who are not doing right by the animals. They need to be sure they are not supporting anyone like that.

The staff at PetSmart are nice people, but I wouldn’t recommend leaving your dog here for daycare/overnight unless you’re really in a pinch. The main advantage is how easy it is to get your dog into their daycare—unlike other places that require multiple steps like a behavioral test on one day, and then trial daycare on another, PetSmart does everything on-site in one visit.
However, both times I’ve taken my dog—once for daycare and once for an overnight stay—he has come back looking disheveled/damp, scared, and smelling really bad.
Additionally, I was told that if I booked the Active Dog Package (which costs only a little extra per day), I would receive a photo of my dog each day—but they never sent/posted any. When I asked in person why this happened - they told me the manager forgot to post. Which is annoying as thats the only reason I booked the package and I didnt get any apology. That made me question what else they might not be following through on when it comes to their care routines.
Overall, this experience left me feeling uneasy, and I really hope I don’t have to bring my dog back. I plan to start looking for other options, even if they have a more involved onboarding process. It may be less convenient, but I think it’s worth it to ensure my dog is in a place that feels safe and well-managed. Only reason I gave two stars is because the grooming has been great for my dog here just dont recommend the daycare/hotel.

I received an email that my order was picked up when it wasn’t. I called & was told it was a mistake by an employee. When I picked it up, an employee handed it to me. She went to the computer and then took it out of my hands and said I already picked it up. I explained what happened. I didn’t have the name of who I spoke with. She went to the manager then gave it back to me. I put down everything I was going to purchase and left. So rude for their mistake!!! And why wasn’t a note placed on my order?! Awful customer experience!!!

NEVER ALLOW LAURIE TO GROOM YOUR DOG!! Not only is she very rude, unprofessional and a very unhelpful, lazy worker, but she doesn't care about the dogs or her job. After talkin with two groomers and confirming she has NO MATTS and is getting our usual teddy bear haircut. Laurie the liar claimed she was too matted so she had to shave her entire body face and tail?! She refused to apologize and made several excuses(lies) about our dog as she proceeded to scalp another dog. My beautiful fluffy cavapooo came out looking like an abused naked rat. But thanks Carline, noelle and Amanda in your professionalism and empathy in the aftermath of the horrendous disappointment. I wish I would've seen all the other bad reviews for Laurie before dropping her off. In my opinion she should be fired.
The staff didn't even recognize ginger to bring her to us here's before and after.

Took advice from one of their employees to get a UV light for the plants in my tank. UV light that I was told would be fine ended up killing my Pleco because of UV burns. They might have some good products at Petsmart and Petco, but do not listen to their employees about anything related to your pets, especially fish. I'll keep the gruesome photos to my self, but my fish has burns all over its body. It only took about 3 days for the UV light, I was told to get, killed him.

I took our goldendoodle Snickerdoodle to your lake Grove location for grooming. Vincent is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I asked him to shave her for the summer. He left a poof poof on her tail that I am so in love with!! Next time I'm going to ask him to give her a mowhawk! I can't wait for her hair to grow again to see Vincent's creativity!!

Never again I’ve only been here twice … FIRST time they ever gave me an issue was when my 1st dog had poop on his butt & they turned me down & told me to take him to the Vet so they can clean it first & then I can come back .. WHAT ?! What’s the point of the groomers then ? I ended up doing so but that should have been the red flag … SECOND with my 2nd dog I told them I wanted a short cut (they have done this cut before the very first time) this time they gave him the same cut , 2 days later my dog developed the worst rash on his private area, so bad I had to take him to the vet .. NOW what am I going to say is PetSmart did cover the vet bill .. BUT what dog parent ever wants to go through that ? Seeing their babies in pain ? Now my dog has a cone & is on medications for the clipper burn & it’s if I’m being honest it’s been such a pain to deal with. Bottom line is , I won’t ever put dog dogs through this again.

Great variety and services
