This place is horrible it says open at 7:30 I get there and it’s not even open by 8 come back later and there people in there nothing is set up and the door is still locked came back the next week to get my sandwich and it smells horrible then they don’t even have regular hero bread for 3 days straight this place has horrible service and everything wouldn’t recommend

I think this subway must have new ownership, because I’ve never had an issue like this before. I ordered my sandwiches on the app to this location, and made sure to order them toasted. I was walking in as they finished the order and saw through the glass they hadn’t toasted the sandwiches, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that I’d missed them, and grabbed my sandwiches. When I went into my car the sandwiches were ice cold (I ordered them at 7:00 got there at 7:15) and the cheese wasn’t melted the bread was soft. No big deal, just went in to ask if they could make the sandwiches again since they were covered in vegetables and sauce. They wouldn’t remake the sandwiches, and insisted they had done nothing wrong. They asked for the sandwiches, I handed them the sandwiches and they opened them, saw the bread cold, soft, untoasted and the cheese solid and unmelted and still insisted it had been toasted and they didn’t have to remake a sandwich they didn’t make wrong. Then we just asked for our money back at that point, but they said they don’t do that, after having taken our sandwiches from us and torn them apart to prove they had been toasted, which they had not. I almost feel insane writing this post. Then they got their manager on the phone who told us to call the police if we wanted to, but ultimately refunded the order. Very strange interaction. I miss the old staff that used to work there, and the old owner. I will not be going back.

Had 3 subs ordered-all wrong. On top of that they put cold pattys in the subs…who on earth wants to eat a cold patti?! The sub with no spinach had spinach. Asked for extra olives and pickles they put a whopping total of 3 LOL. Imagine if I asked for regular I’d get one pickle per foot long! I agree with other reviewers worst subway on the island.

Guy and girl behind the counter making me and my girlfriend crack up hysterically laughing. Idk why but I’ve never been in a subway where that happened and it made my night. And the food was great!

I visit this Subway regularly. I have never had any issues with service or food quality. Friendly staff clean restaurant and good amount of seating. I've noticed over the years that it may have changed ownership a couple of times but still no issues and was a seamless transition. I would recommend this location to others as one of the better stores as I have been to a few which do not stack up as well. It is a convenient location in a strip mall with plenty of other shopping nearby.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables here. More than one person could want. The combinations are endless limited only by your imagination.Parking: Parking is reasonable. Being tucked in a strip mall makes parking abundant. Handicap accessible parking is available too.

This Subway location is a joke. I walked in today and no one says hello; they just stare at you. Just uncomfortable right off the bat. I asked for a footlong cold cut combo on Italian bread. Then a female employee says to the kid helping me that they are out of italian bread. So um… bake some more? Then this kid completely forgets what kind of sandwich I asked for. I didn’t realize that one order was so forgetful! My two year old nephew could have made a better sandwich than this clown. Never again.

I wish that I could give ZERO stars. This is the second time that I have gone to this Subway. I remember thinking that I had had a previous problem but forgot what it was....NEVER should have tried again....Ordering sandwich..NO lettuce, no olives...no sweet relish...stingy on the tomatoes. I should have walked out...I will NEVER go there again. I emailed the owner who apologized but so what...NO comp..no come back again for a free replacement ...I guess with others he makes enough money to throw away customers.....WILL NEVER RETURN....

I have ordered an Uber eats the food was cold and it was a mess the package was open and everything was falling out of the sandwich I will never order from this location or go to the actual restaurant.

Sandwiches were made wrong . When I brought back the sandwiches to be remade and get my money back they had to call the manager/ owner who was rude to me right off the bat. Lied about having honey mustard in stock when the employees looked for it and said they do not have any in stock. When I asked for my money back and my sandwiches to be made right I was told not to come back as a customer. Which I will never do business with subway or any affiliated companies to them . They don't care about service or you only about the money. Never buy from this location and I advise never to buy from this or any other company related to the subway. Horrible and rude owner.
