Drs Gittelman, Barderi and Schenkel and the staff of Animal Medical New City have been taking care of my four legged family for over 15 years with tremendous love and compassion. They are truly like family. I can't recommend them enough!

The manager Anthony is inconsiderate and unprofessional. You will no longer get my business.Also, don’t delete my review again. YOU treated my wife and pet with disrespect in her last moments in life. For that YOU deserve this review. Dr. Badari and all the assistants have been lovely--patient, kind and competent. They especially deserve kudos for my last visit when my dear little fur baby pooped in her box right before we entered the exam room, and all, including Kali, was swiftly and carefully cleaned up. I also especially appreciate that Dr. Badari always calls me the day after the app't to make sure Kali is ok, as she has usually received a vaccination. Thank you Animal Medical of NC!

So grateful to Animal Medical for the excellent care they gave our beloved Teddy over the years. Dr. Bardari's kindness and compassion meant so much when we had to finally let him go. The whole staff is very caring and truly has your pet's best interest at heart.

If I’m being completely real, it has been somewhat pricey to take excellent care of our dog. But that’s what we are getting from Animal Medical… Excellent care! Before we came here our puppy girl had lots of skin issues. Her coloring was a grayish tone. After a few months of proper care, she is doing worlds better and has stayed much better ever since! Her belly is a healthy pink color now. Wouldn’t trade this care for anything!

I have been a client for 11 years and have three dogs. All doctors have given have provided excellent care throughout the years. The vet techs and front desk have been knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate when needed. I highly recommend Animal Medical.

Very easy to reach the desk to make our first appointment. They reached out promptly to our previous vet (we moved) to get our cat's records. Our cat was very well treated, the exam was thorough and relaxed, and the doctor was very responsive to our feedback. Highly recommended.

I visited Animal Medical of New City because I was adopting a shelter pet who had medical issues, and the vet, Dr. Bardari had been the first to diagnose his condition and propose a regimen which was highly successful at managing it. The staff were very friendly and very kind, and attentive to the needs of that dog who has now found his forever home with our family.

Everyone is SO sweet to my dogs. The vet and techs could tell my pups were nervous, so they took their time until they were comfortable. At no point did I feel rushed or like they didn't care about my concerns. I would 11/10 recommend this practice.
