I’ve always had great customer service at this bank and I love coming to this location. The tellers are always so courteous and respectful. I came here when I withdrew the down payment, earnest money, and closing costs for my primary residence and most recently when I opened my business bank account. I’ve always felt like I’m the only customer present at the moment. They took their time to explain the process and it was all so seem less. I forgot her name but the Filipino lady at the front is very nice.I’d like to give a shout-out to Judy Morgan, the banker who helped me open up my business bank account. I can’t believe she had all that time to help me out. I really felt like I was the only one there. It was amazing. No hassle, very easy process. Highly recommended.As for the customers who complain and give bad reviews, there are couple of things I noticed while I was waiting patiently at the bank by the front. There was this one particular disgruntled customer who seems to just want to cause trouble for no apparent reason. He just seemed unhappy with his life and just wanted to take it out on the hard working people here. As for customers who who don’t feel like they were attended to- they seem to just be entitled abnoxious people who don’t realize that there’s only so much a branch can do and I’m sure they do everything within their power to keep customers happy.I’ve been banking with chase for a long time and although they don’t have the best savings interest rate, their process are so easy and streamlined. Highly recommend.

This place is great. Everyone knows your name and does everything quickly and efficiently. From the moment you walk in, until you leave the staff keeps you engaged whileb completing all your banking need. Couldn't ask for a better neighborhood branch. Just wish some of the other businesses in the area treated you the same way.Thank you

Called the location to inquire about Euros for an upcoming trip. They told my father on the phone that this branch would be able to help. Once my father got to the store, the teller told him they didn't offer Euros for non-Chase accountholders. The Bank Manager came out very rude and disrespectful. My dad was not informed on the phone that he needed to have a Chase account to get Euros prior. So after a 30 minute ride to the bank, they weren't even able to help. This branch should fire the bank manager for how rudely he spoke to my father. Unfortunate and it seems like multiple customers have had similar experiences.

I guess I am outdated, but walking into an empty bank - without anyone at the teller kiosk, or sitting with bankers opening accounts. Instead I find security sitting at one of the cubicles and a banker sitting at her desk.They all looked at me and turned their heads. Where is the customer service? The friendly smiles greeting you at the door? If you have cameras please watch the clip from (1:40pm EST) on 4/25/2022In any event a teller yelled from his side of the desk - “yea hi! Hello” - I said I wanted to open a business account and he said “it’s by appointment only”. I guess I missed the memo. I guess Chase is too busy for new clientele. He confirmed there weren’t any appointments available for today and sent me on my way.

The customer service at Chase has gone completely down the drain and TGIF is coming from a “private client”. The term at this point is laughable. Time to find somewhere ease to bank.

Rude Rude and couldn't care less about their customers.. Especially the women that work there... I just tried to cash in to what I thought was $20 in spare car change that I had rolled with a new coin sorter machine. Instead of giving me the cash for the rest of the rolls that were exactly counted correctly, they hand me back ALL the rolls, scold me as if I was a child and rushed me out the door because it was 3:50PM and they were more concerned with getting rid of me and locking the door when I was nothing but nice. I was literally off by 75 cents on a $10 roll and 4 cents on 4 other penny rolls but still couldn't take the time to cash the other rolls that were correct.. Well this is how you lose customers and we're actually going to pull my moms and brothers CD's out tomorrow to another local mom n pop bank where they actually care about their customers... Should of done that years ago...

I have to say I had a horrible experience today at the drive thru . I was under the impression that a drive thru was that a drive thru. Not for customer that are withdrawing thousands of dollars out of their accounts. Then your teller Leann was ok with this customer to block me in while she was counting thousands of dollars. Ms Leann gets 1 star she was not a pleasant teller to say the lease. Horrible customer service.
