“The center was clean and bright. The tech, who's name I am sorry I don't remember, was lovely. I am on a blood thinner and when I told her, she took extra care - I didn't bruise at all. From making the appointment, to checking in, to getting my results, the whole process was easy and very quick.”
“I know not everyone has had a good experience here but I was there today and what I experienced was a very overworked woman just trying to do her job. I started a conversation with her and she was so nice and kind and gentle. I have bad veins and they can only get blood from my hands (which hurts) but she did an amazing job.. I was done in minutes and I was so appreciative. What I regret was not getting her name .. I thanked her and told her to have a nice day and she smiled and in a very friendly tone she said you too! I get that things don’t always run smoothly and we all get frustrated but sometimes we should just give a little more grace to someone who might just need a kind word or a simple smile ? so again thank you to the very kind woman at Lab Corp who made my visit so easy. I appreciate you!”

Staff here is pretty decent, most times you’ll need a manager for even the slightest pricing difference/ issue, kind of weird.
The only reason the pharmacy is not a 5/5 is due to the hours, and the unreliability of their drive thru pharmacy hours/ closures.

I just had the most disgusting experience with a member of their pharmacy.
She says her name is olivia, when I inquired. This woman is literally a nightmare to speak to.
She kept asking me the same question over and over again, and each time I answered and tried to answer, she yelled she understands.
This woman then went on a rant, and lashed out at me. Eventually I had to ask her why is she so angry? When she continued, I cussed her arse out too.
Her behavior was disgusting!
06/23 update: this store is definitely back to their usual frustrating ways, it was a good run while it lasted.
I’m over it with their staff, put a self checkout in place so people can get what they need without dealing with you all.”
