She was a complete wreck during our appointment, so much so that we kept on having to leave the room and let other kids go in front of us because she couldn't calm down. Michele S in the pharmacy was a god send. I wouldn't have made it through without her. She was calm, kind, funny and thoughtful, and tried every trick in the book with my daughter. She finally got the shot in her arm after an hour. I can't thank Michele S (and Larry, also in the pharmacy) for their kindness and patience on such a stressful evening!
