The center was clean and bright. The tech, who's name I am sorry I don't remember, was lovely. I am on a blood thinner and when I told her, she took extra care - I didn't bruise at all. From making the appointment, to checking in, to getting my results, the whole process was easy and very quick.

You should let the people that work at this location train all your future staff ,then I could ho to other locations to find the perfect time slot I mean I never found a location of the caliber of customer service orientated workers ,that I found in this location

The phlebotomist was very professional. She is so good that I did not even notice how she inserted the needle into my arm
