The center was clean and bright. The tech, who's name I am sorry I don't remember, was lovely. I am on a blood thinner and when I told her, she took extra care - I didn't bruise at all. From making the appointment, to checking in, to getting my results, the whole process was easy and very quick.

You should let the people that work at this location train all your future staff ,then I could ho to other locations to find the perfect time slot I mean I never found a location of the caliber of customer service orientated workers ,that I found in this location

The staff is always friendly and very gentle. When my 23 year old daughter had to get blood work and was very anxious about it, they entertained and comforted her. Best lab I've ever been to and I've been to a lot.

I needed a one-off analysis for a specific blood parameter. I was easily able to make the appointment online. I arrived at the day & time selected and had about a 5 minute wait before I was called into the exam room to have my blood sample taken. The result came in later that same day.

The lab worker/phlebotomist was attentive and effective (Stacy). She was pleasant and kind. She had to do way TOO much paper work. There should be administrative people to manage the paperwork, IMO. A blood test that took one minute was a 15 minute appointment because of the amount of paperwork.

Let me start by saying the phlebotomist that took care of me- Chandria was excellent and accommodating, however I had a SCHEDULED appt for 1p, which is time sensitive and must be drawn 6 hrs from my initial medication dose. The blood draw window is 30 mins before or after the 6 hr time but was not drawn until 140p. Had I not threatened to cancel my appt and asked to be seen, my blood would have been drawn even later. Not sure how my results will be affected but I stopped going to Labcorp because of their negligence. It's a shame getting blood work done is so difficult
