The person in charge was rude upon arrival. Should’ve left then. Was charged $30 extra for some chrome powder on top of my nails. Took forever because they’re very unorganized and not attentive. My toenails had to be filed after I left also…. Will not be returning.

Owen is an absolute doll. Best pedicures in rockland so worth it for the spa pedicures his massages are the best in the feet and the shoulder massage while you dry polish is amazing. Well worth the price i tip him extra because he is consistent and works so hard always and I know the value for good massages on feet and back because I get massages often. He does hot stone and hot towels and massage as well, i love the happy feet pedicure 🍋lemon salt scrub for $45. All the upgraded ones are worth it too, the callus removal is great. Today I did the blueberry 🫐 so I could enjoy the 25 minute massage for 65$, happy feet is 15 min foot massage and they all come with shoulder massage while you dry. Horrible service
I went In for a mani no color just cleaning filling and asked to have my cuticle cut she left cuticles hanging from a few fingers and did not fully clean under my nails. I went home and cleaned it myself will have to go somewhere else to get the rest of the cuticles cut.

I have gone time nails many times, the first few time my gel manicure was nicely done and lasted about two weeks. I stopped going because I did not like the way a nail technician was painting my nails. The finish did not look clean or professionally done. I decided to give them another try. I called to make an appointment and specifically asked no to book my appointment with the same nail technician that had been my nails because I didn’t like how she did it. I went there and got the same person. Long story short, I ended up getting the same messy manicure. I didn’t want her to feel bad so I have a regular manicure instead of gel. This will the last time going to Time nails!

I have been going to this nail salon since it opened over 10 years ago. I get a gel manicure which normally lasts for 5 weeks! I get my pedicures there and I am always satisfied. The staff is very friendly and always says hello. I strongly recommend this place to go to!! I live in New City. Ellie

The service is lousy! They rush to get the nails done and use old polish which clumps on the nails. Linda is rude and very unfriendly . And Kiki just rushes through to jump to the next customer

Went in at 6:40 and they were cleaning up and said not enough time. I had agreed to not have them not paint my nails just do the fill. Easily done in 45 minutes when there are multiple technicians. No one else there!

Most time I got service here it was good, last time the nail tech. She was new and had a bad attitude, rush my pedicure, they use this flimsy cheap equipment that cannot clean your foot properly, and then act like she was doing me a favor. When I went to get my manicure by the next tech ( first chair on the left when you enter ) act like $5 tip wasn’t good enough, just bad Customer Service haven’t went back since.Services: Pedicure
