“The Valley Cottage Animal Hospital is truly exceptional! With February being Dental Cleaning Month, we had both of our dogs undergo their cleaning today, and once again, we were beyond impressed. Patricia Collins, DVM, sets a remarkable standard for both professionalism and generosity. She is always patient with our many questions, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. She often goes the extra mile— today she helped me take our dogs to the car after their procedures. Afterwards, she ran back outside just to give our “boys” treat bags in celebration of Dental Cleaning Month so we wouldn’t leave without them . Her kindness and dedication truly make all the difference.

“Our regular vet did not treat small animals, so I was very happy to find All Creatures. I had recently gotten a pair of gerbils for my daughter. The gerbils had a problem with mites which were biting them and us. Dr. Wong and his assistant were professional and gentle with our pets. Dr. Wong was able to identify the mites and gave us an effective treatment and advice on how to prevent further issues. Will definitely return for all our small animal needs.”

“I have had dogs my whole life, but not like most people. I train service dogs and am a canine equine and feline behaviorist. I rarely recommend anyone in this world anymore because when you recommend or refer someone to a professional such as a veterinarian, if they have a bad experience, you will never hear the end of it. The doctor Fisher and his incredible staff, are truly the best. I've dealt with great veterinarians in the past and some not so great. Dr Fisher is really that once in a lifetime veterinarian. He spends as much time as we need, always gets the right diagnosis, and if he can't figure it out, he will do everything in his power to research or confer with other professionals or specialists. I don't just have a pet. I have more than 20 dogs just locally, and have referred all of my behavior patients in the area and my service dog recipients, of which there are over a thousand, can anyone who is local or even within a couple of hours, gets the referral to Dr Fisher and his incredible staff. Not only is he exceptional, but Mike, Jackie, and all of their amazing staff truly care. They sit on the floor with the animals, gently help them instead of jumping on top of them like some of these other vet hospitals do to physically restrain them. Everyone around the office, including Dr Fisher, genuinely loves and cares for each animal as if it were their own. I've given five-star reviews before, but in this case I wish I could give 100 stars. They're just are no words sufficient to explain the expertise, confidence, competence and genuine caring for their patients and owners. If you are within a couple of hours of this vet practice, you've got to get here with your pets. Dr Fisher also is a practitioner of Chiropractic and of acupuncture, so he knows exactly which modalities to use and when. I have never walked out of his office without learning something, and feeling great about my choice in Veterinary specialists. My behavior patients are also always raving about how wonderful he is and thanking me for referring them to him. Dr Fisher's expertise with the service dogs and his knowledge with everything from medication and diagnostics, our second to none. I truly am grateful to Dr Fisher and his entire staff for always being amazing.”

“Dr. Eldridge really cares about the animals. I've been to many vets and they all price gouge to the point where owners are forced to make decisions based on finances. To me those vets should not be in business. Yes, all great vets should make a great living, the money and time spent to become a veterinarian warrant that, but neither side should take advantage of the other. Be honest, pay great vets (like Dr. Eldridge) what they deserve, w/o manipulation, and any vets that read this should follow Dr. Eldridge's lead. Thank you Dr. Eldridge for having a heart and doing all that you do!”

Our Bernedoodle had to come here 2 weeks ago because she had fever, severe ear infection an inflamed gland and the list goes on. She was really sick poor baby. “We adopted our sweet, 13 year old, senior pup Cassie on August 9th. I knew before we officially adopted her that she had major issues with her teeth. Many people I had spoken to highly recommended Dr. Lawrence Ness at Airmont Animal Hospital. Shortly after adopting Cassie, I made an appointment with Dr. Ness and he was absolutely amazing! He did a thorough examination and he really took his time and answered all of our questions. Dr. Ness reported that Cassie would require surgery to remove the majority of her teeth because she had a severe infection. If left untreated, she risked going into kidney failure. Dr. Ness is such a kind, caring and compassionate man! He truly loves animals. He had commented that she must be extremely uncomfortable and in pain. We scheduled the surgery for the following week. Dr. Ness and his team were wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Ness even called me after the surgery, while Cassie was still in recovery. Thanks to Dr. Ness and his team, Cassie came through the surgery beautifully and she has made a wonderful recovery. Since then, I have been in touch with Dr. Ness since Cassie also suffers from allergies. Dr. Ness and his office staff have been very responsive and receptive to my numerous calls. The receptionists have been very helpful, reassuring and extremely patient. Truly exceptional Customer Service! I am so grateful for Dr. Ness and his staff at Airmont Animal Hospital! I highly recommend Dr. Ness and Airmont Animal Hospital! They are absolutely the best hands down!”
