Staff here is pretty decent, most times you’ll need a manager for even the slightest pricing difference/ issue, kind of weird.
The only reason the pharmacy is not a 5/5 is due to the hours, and the unreliability of their drive thru pharmacy hours/ closures.

I just had the most disgusting experience with a member of their pharmacy.
She says her name is olivia, when I inquired. This woman is literally a nightmare to speak to.
She kept asking me the same question over and over again, and each time I answered and tried to answer, she yelled she understands.
This woman then went on a rant, and lashed out at me. Eventually I had to ask her why is she so angry? When she continued, I cussed her arse out too.
Her behavior was disgusting!
06/23 update: this store is definitely back to their usual frustrating ways, it was a good run while it lasted.
I’m over it with their staff, put a self checkout in place so people can get what they need without dealing with you all.

This review is for Laurence at the pharmacy at the New City location. I always have a wonderful experience when he helps me. He is so friendly, helpful and efficient, it is a pleasure to pick up my prescriptions. They are often short handed, and all the staff are good, but Laurence always makes the experience better with his kind attitude.

I drive 15 minutes from my home to this Walgreens and get all my prescriptions here, eventhough there's a Walgreens just 3 minutes away from me. The staff is very kind and prompt.

Disappointed, had scripts filled on Friday without any issues.
Come Monday I had another script to be filled from surgeons office. Kept checking the tracker and said in progress, never completed - called and was told it'll be ready in 15 mins. Good thing I didn't go
Next day checked tracker and script is missing- called and they told me they don't have it on stock and have no idea when they'll have it. So you don't call to let me know? No courtesy call and terrible communication, had to send it to a different pharmacy
These are pain meds from an accident/surgery where I have multiple titanium plates and screws holding me together. good thing I followed up; id be suffering in pain due to their negligence. Extremely disappointed

Called to find out if they accept my insurance plan. The person who answered the phone said she couldn't help me and they didn't have a listing of insurance plans they accepted. When I asked to speak with someone else who could help me, she left me on hold. Very uncooperative.

Ordered a product online. Called to see if I could get my order the next day or if I had to pick it up that day. Was told it was okay and it would be there for pickup the next day. I asked multiple times to confirm and was still provided the same information. Got to Walgreens the next day and was told I could not take the order since it was expired. I explained the situation and how I had gotten a deal online and used a coupon and Walgreens rewards. I was told I could input the same order and get the same deal and use the coupon and rewards. I did not receive the same deal and was not able to use my coupon. I am very upset. The manager told me she was there during the call and told the worker to tell me I had to pick it up the same day. She claimed the worker hung up too quick before relaying the message. So I was given false information and lost all the money I saved. The manager did not seem sympathetic. She barely made eye contact with me and seemed too busy to give me her undivided attention during the interaction we had. I am very upset with Walgreens for their inability to provide accurate information. Shame!

I came in on a Sunday for a flu vax. I had made an appointment. I arrived a few minutes before the appointment, checked in, and was seen shortly thereafter. Super quick and no fuss.
