Most Amazing experience buying a vehicle ever! Malik was a pleasure to deal with and I felt like I was buying a car from a friend as opposed to a sales man just trying to make sales. There was zero pressure and they made to car buying experience pleasant. They were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Frank's. They were able to answer any questions I had and I feel like part of the Frank Siena family. I'm so satisfied with the purchase of my Hyundai Santa Cruz. Will defiantly consider Frank's for any future vehicle purchases.

Jose and Zack were great to work with. They didn't pressure me or overwhelm me at all. I ended up not purchasing there but through no fault of any staff there. I would definitely consider going back in the future if I needed another vehicle. Stop by and ask for Jose!

Was trying to sell my car through the usual suspects (Carmax, Carvana, Cargus etc...) and was so difficult between scheduling... Trying to understand their customer service... They requiring several visits.... Sold my car in literally an hour to Siena... Dealt with Dylan and Malik... Then the manager... They made it extremely easy to deal with and actually offered me more then the usual suspects... They were very friendly, no pressure... Would absolutely go to them again.

Pick up a 2020 Mazda CX-5 from Frank Siena’s. The salesman Dylan was a please to work with and answered all the questions I had. I went on a test drive and pick up the car the next day. The finance manager was great and got me a better loan from a local credit union than I was getting from capital one. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Recently purchased a 2023 Mercedes GLA 250 from the Frank Siena's team with the help of Jose and I am absolutely in love. This is my 2nd vehicle from them and I cannot recommend them more from quality of reasonably priced vehicles to the professionalism of the sales staff being so helpful from start to finish of the sales cycle.

Dylan and Zack were fantastic. They were patient and honest. There was complete transparency throughout our car buying experience. Despite how many times we changed our minds and hesitated they never pressured us into a purchase. In terms of financing, they broke down every single fee in detail down to the last penny. This is the second vehicle we've purchased here. The staff here is professional, courteous and extremely accommodating.
