“I was broken down on the side of the road with my 3 year old daughter, Mike’s son stopped and jumped my car for me. He showed me what was wrong with my battery and warned me that it is very possible that it will happen again. I had just bought the car today and he told me that just from looking under the hood for a minute it does not seem to be in good condition and I should get my money back for it. I have only heard wonderful things about this shop. Very honest and trustworthy!”

“I only went for NYS Vehicle Inspection, however my experience was 5 stars! They took me right away and I sat in a pleasant waiting room with free WiFi. They were extremely cordial and welcoming and the turnaround time was fast. I’m not from the area, so I first went to a Mavis and a Firestone but they couldn’t schedule me for a week! I saw Pepe’s mechanics talking with other customers while there and noticed what personal, attentive service was given.”

“While towing our 42 ft 5th wheel along I84W, our truck simply stopped. State troopers contacted these folks for assistance. WOW, the response was fantastic! They got us safely off the highway, flat bedded our 4 wheel drive to the dealership, then used their heavy wrecker to tow the camper to a nearby campground. They were fast, efficient, kind and polite. We are extremely grateful to the three gentlemen who took such great care of us and our equipment. Highly recommend!!
