My kid LOVES this place. It's clean and never super crowded. The kids who come here are pretty nice and don't play rowdy either. So feel really comfortable letting my kid run about on his own. Slides are steep and fast and a lot of fun! So many different slides to try. And individual trampolines to bounce on.

Got there went to pay and Big frog 104 came and paid for my little girl and her friend it was also my little girls birthday. Yay love you big frog and my kids and I love billy beez.

I just wanted to let you know , your waiver has cost you possible sales because of what a pia it is. Atleast with my family afew times. You should just have something your guest sign at the point of checkout.

I brought my 4-year-old niece to Billy Beez for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations! The space was much larger than I anticipated, featuring massive obstacles that were a hit with the kids. They even have a dedicated area for toddlers. The pricing is fair and reasonable, and I'd definitely prefer it over the "Get Air" trampoline place in New Hartford. The best part is that you can stay for as long as you'd like, making it a great choice for an enjoyable and flexible outing.

This is nice play for kids to play but for when they are older. It does cost more than I think it should. I think you should only have to pay for the kids. Younger kids should only be like 10.00 and older like 15.00. I will wait to go back for when my daughter is older and I just sit , ir is much to tiring for me to go with her. But they do alot of of area of play .

They did not let us schedule my niece's birthday party. When we where told the day before that they had nothing booked for that day and to come back the next day when party manager would be there. When we got there she said we needed to do it online or call two weeks in advance. My sister said she tried but couldn't and only got a full voicemail box. Now we have ten disappointed kids and no were to have a kids birthday. Thanks for ruining a kids kids birthday.

Fun but filthy…. 3 stars for how much fun my baby had there. However it clearly is never cleaned or sanitized. Hair, dirt, and dust everywhere…. Nasty!

Constantly preoccupied with closing time and turning kids away. Once almost refused to let me enter even though I walked in an hour and two minutes before closing time. Another time I had been there and my child wanted to use the toddler area 32 minutes before closing and the employee told us it was closed off since they were closing in “20 minutes.” Beware

It looks cheerful from the outside but lordy, inside is a dystopian nightmare. The staff at the front are incredibly unknowledgeable about their jobs or the waivers. There is no care whatsoever if waivers are filled out or not. Not once did an employee mention that waivers would need to be completed. The only indication was a sign just before entering. If you missed it, congrats, you no longer need a waiver.The staff was also rude and dismissive. It felt like a tim Burton film with the very visible tattoos, all black clothing with no dress code, dark eye liner, and absolutely no interest in being friendly or understanding.There was a GFCI outlet in the bathroom by the sink indicating tripped and could not be reset which means there's an internal fault and potentially fire hazard.I would recommend almost anywhere else. McDonald's would be much more enjoyable for adults and children alike.There is so much more to mention but it's not worth the energy I would spend on it.
