Very disappointed! My grandson needed to use the restroom (emergency) and the manager in charge told us that he could not use it as it is not open to the public? Huh?

We had extremely poor service yesterday I was very disappointed! While me and my 8 year old Autistic child who is not fluently verbal waiting in the line to get refund back on item that we purchased a day before , my son was impatient waiting In the line and wanted to go pee in the bathroom. I asked the cashier if we can go use bathroom and I leave my staff on the desk , she said theirs bathroom is not for customers use only employees in rude expression I pleased her again and my son couldn't hold it and pee in his shorts! I was very upset she didn't say anything just ignored us. She didn't even put yellow sign around the wet floor or anything! Her name was Joanna. Somebody could slip and fall which that could lead to lawsuits but she didn't do anything about it as employee. I'm very very disappointed on the customer service she provided . My foot will never ever come to that store, I would rather drive to Syracuse Burlington and spend my money then to come to a store where the employee don't care about their customers who spend plenty of money every week in the store !

I am disappointed with this store. I would have thouht being in the N. H. area it would bring an upscale vibe. Sad there's hardly any employees working & the people that shop in there who bring there children, do not supervise them at all. Many times there were kids running through the isle, dropping merchandise and making it a trip hazard for other shoppers. I've witnessed kids breaking merchandise & running off. I don't get this sort of behavior & why it is tolerated in the store. I'm quite sure if there were more employees there to hold people & their children accountable for their actions this wouldn't happen. It's just not an enjoyable experience to shop there.

Had a poor experience today with cashier, Jenna. She has very poor customer service and her attitude is very poor with customers.

Went in to finish my kids school clothes and my daughter birthday stuff best store I ever been into. The worker we’re very nice and was helpful with me to find the kids shoes and showed my 8 year old where the bathroom were. Also when you walk in they said good morning and asked if you need help. The store was neat. When I left the young lady was the sweets and nicest person and she said to have a great day. Wish more stores was like this one. So I would recommend any one to come shop at this store because the employees give the best respect and you can tell they really love there job.

The store was clean. My son got some good deals on clearance for school. He got a decent amount of clothes and a bottle of cologne for $100.

I came out with a HUGE smile on my face. Went looking for summer clothes, got 5 complete short/shirt outfits AND a pair of sandals all for only $100. If you like a bargain, Burlington is where to shop. There is a funky smell in the store and it's a chaotic mess, but the savings are worth it.
