The staff member immediately acknowledged me upon entry into the store. She assisted me with locating the item i was interested in. I was very happy with the customer service at this Carter's location.

Quality children's store with a nice variety and good clearance deals. Staff is very helpful as well.

Polite staff that is very helpful. I needed 3-6mo my clothes as I was shopping for Christmas, and the ladies helped me pick one out, as well as gave me advice on which goes well with which. It was appreciated.
