I like the store but there is one staff member that is so loud & rude. I think her name is Maria or something.. idk but every time I go there she is always complaining so the whole store can hear her & when I was at the register today.. she kept throwing my stuff cause she was annoyed with another worker. She really needs an attitude adjustment or a different job.

Very rude bad attitude I have never been cashed out by someone with such bad attitude her name is Maria just throws the divider than gets mad when You don't Put away the basket right away even though I had a ton of stuff could have just asked nicely. Everything she did was with an attitude. Last time I’m going here

I love the bargains. It's a nice store. But there were 2 workers standing around chatting it up with one that was going home for the day. Then, one of them started fixing the balloons, and there was a line on one register. They didn't jump on to get rid of the line. I enjoy getting in and out. I'm sure they do too when they're customers.They disappeared into the back. Shaking my head.Customer service has to come first in every business! That's what I learned in my working years. Work ethic has to be better!

Usually I love shopping here, not today, I get it, I work in retail, but 1 cashier, long line, another register opened and the cashier complained the whole time about not getting a lunch break.

The cashier at the Commercial Drive New Hartford location, Anna, AnneMarie, whatever name she is using these days, black woman was extremely rude to me. Very aggressively threw my stuff in the paper bag. She was not friendly at all. I think someone should retrain her on how be a better customer service representative because right now, her attitude leaves a lot to be desired
