I love five below and their products, but it is just soooo hard to shop in this store. The sensory overload is nuts. Nothing is properly organized. One category of items can be found in multiple different areas of the store, so it can be hard to shop for a specific thing, rather than just walk through and see what you see. The staff isn't the best, but then again it's usually teenagers so you can only expect so much. I hate the self checkout. They should offer a discount for the customers who do self checkout. Otherwise, it should be left to the employees. They will do it if you ask, but it should be the first option. They don't offer free bags, so if you forget yours, you'll need to pay. I recently found out I could shop five below online, and I think I'll be doing that more.

Five Below. Not the best not the worse. Many low quality products. They should really change their name now since they really aren't Five Below anymore. They use to have all items $5 and below. Now they have more expensive items. They're one step above being a Dollar General.

I bought a metal shoe rock brand room 2 room and the thing was horrible, imposible to assembly, the holes on the back of the parts where you put the screws were not aligned and then i notice that the metal parts were not good finished and pretty beaten up, now i have to go again to return it.

No new products plus only 2 people stocking and trying to cash people out . Corporate should hire a few more people so no waiting also stop trying to maximize everything thing get people hired for the customer's sake

its way better than when i went about 2 years ago.. quality of toys are more name brands.. lots of funko for 5 ..
