I usually deal with the gamestop in Rome. I had to come out to New Hartford. They absolutely took care of my family and went above and beyond the call of duty. The gamestop in Rome and New Hartford are amazing. Amazing staff, management all the way around.

Give credit!!!!It's always been enjoyable to go to Gamestop ever since meeting Scott 3 years ago in the Oneida NY Gamestop.Big shout out to the New Hartford NY store.Scott the manager has made my experience amazing everytime.I live in between Rome NY Gamestop which 15 mins away and the Oneida NY Gamestop which is also 15 mins away. I travel 35 mins to New Hartford NY Gamestop. I've had a few issues with Rome NY Gamestop And Oneida NY Gamestop after Scott left. So ever since then I usually go out of my way to visit him, if I can arrange the time for it. 10 out of 10 for Scott's Store in New Hartford NY. Gamestop is now actually enjoyable again. I used to dread going in them for years, not anymore...

Haven't been inside a game store in years.Walked in, greeted awesomely, had something I was looking for, (not expecting it there because website said none in stock)found out the workers have mutual friends. Signed up for the reward program like the old days.It's been years, but I didn't feel like a stranger or out of place. Store has changed to keep up with current demands and has a lot more in the store than just games.Will always check this store out again when I'm out shopping.
