So disgusted with businesses that think I am their cashier and have gone to all self service checkouts. Staff on floor and customer service are friendly and nice but to get in line at a self serve register and have issues not once but three times and others are also having issues is too much for a single person. The first was someone had to approve my spray paint purchase waited ten minutes while single attendant help an elderly gentleman. Next up was a plug with now barcode to scan. After, that it was an extension cord that would not ring up at this point I am done. Luckily the girl in customer service was nice enough to ring my order up. Like the selection better at Home Depot but of late would rather go to Lowe's where they have real cashiers and not customer cashiers and a clean and bright store. Know because I went to Lowe's right after I left Home Depot.

If I could give this store zero stars I would for customer service. I placed an online order for a project I'm working on with a scheduled delivery date. I got an email at 10pm the night before that it would not be delivered. When I called customer service to understand why and change the delivery date because the reschedule didn't work, I found out the store had closed. I called the next morning around 8:30 am, and was yelled at because they claimed to call me that morning, but there was no call. They told me to check my messages, and nothing. When I explained the situation the person on the line got aggressive and defensive and yelled at me because "it's the delivery companies fault, not theirs so I should call the delivery company about it." At that point I was pissed, so I told them I wanted my order cancelled and refunded. They said ok and hung up the phone. I went to another HD store and told the associate what happened and that I wanted a print out confirming the cancellation. Found out they never cancelled it. I got the cancellation and a print out confirmation. Immediately went to Lowes. They're delivering my materials the same day that HD was supposed to. Proud to say I'm a loyal Lowes customer now. This store and their customer service department can go pound salt for all I care. You don't treat customers like garbage.

DO NOT ORDER AN APPLIANCE FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!THEY WORK WITH A THIRD PARTY VENDOR AND DELIVERY COMPANY. SO BASICALLY THEY COLLECT YOUR MONEY AND WASH THEIR HANDS OF THE TRANSACTION. After waiting two weeks, they DELIVERED A REFRIGERATOR THAT HAD A HUGE DENT in the front. AFTER 2 hours on the phone and being connected with vendors in India with limited English, we were given a new delivery date 10 days later. The Home Depot store never called me back even though they tried to move it up. Home Depot, the Vendor/Warehouse/ Delivery company all are separate and will bounce you around with NO ONE taking accountability for the order. Terrible experience. If I ever get a refund processed, I will be destroying my Home Depot card. They lost a loyal customer of 20 years

We're redoing our bathroom and have cause to shop here for sundry and various items - some of them really big items, like vanity, sink, faucets, etc. After the fifth or sixth visit, the wife and I have decided that Home Depot is the wrong place for DIYers. Let's start with the not-so-helpful help who are no where to be found when you need them, and when found have not been trained in how-to-speak-to-customers. Let's just say courtesy is not a highpoint. The second turnoff is the complete lack of organization and arrangement of materials in the store. The aisles are crowded with unloaded pallets or cluttered with in-your-face displays. The aisles are also 'not clean.' Meaning trash, packaging, and plain dirt is a frequent irritant. The electrical is extremely far from the plumbing and the lumber is crowded at one end of the store making it difficult to find and then load a cart due to random pieces laying in front of other pieces. In short - what a mess! And then - finally - check out is done well during this crisis - and the clerks in charge are the only workers in the store who actually know the words 'please' and 'thank you'. This year alone, we have spent over $2,000 on home materials coming from Home Depot. Today, we left the store spending not one dime as we turned our backs on the disorganization and rudeness of store workers. Lowes - here we come!

I spent over $1000 in home depot for a refrigerator. When they delivered the refrigerator they ripped the light off the outside of my house and dangling as well as ripped my screen on my screen door and bent the frame of the screen door to the point that it needs replacement. The delivery should have gone through my garage and not my front door. I have called the store numerous times as well as called the customer service mumber and have been disconnected or hung up on each time. A cashier said "well maybe we can give you a 10% discount on your purchase." What they need to do is replace what they broke. They showed no respect for my home and I would not recommend Home Depot for anything!

I like the store itself, but last week, the self checkout machine took machine took my money, and they refused to reimburse me then. They told me they would contact me to reimburse me, but that never happened....

They have pretty much everything I look for in hardware but they're always either short staffed or what staff they have is on cloud 9. Most times I leave ticked off because the workers really don't know what's going on. They need more people working there that know about hardware.

just left. walked by a woman standing idly by at what I had perceived to be a help desk near the exit as all the self checkouts were next to it. went outside and grabbed 4 bag of pellet. then came back in to the self checkout. stood there for a moment trying to figure out what was up as none of the screens were cleared from a previous customer. After a brief period of beffudlement (Irene who's name I figured after leaving from the receipt) rudely says " you know I can do that
