“Came in to have my engagement ring cleaned and looked at as per the warranty.. as always the place was bright and cheerful even though there was a disgruntled gentleman concerned his $4k bracelet purchased for his wife was made in China, and was discussing loud enough for others to hear, the supply chain and quality of the piece.. which I will say could have made me nervous but it was handled impeccably by staffand/or ownership.”
