EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I needed blood drawn for several pre-employment screenings (including a TB test). The technician that drew my blood was great...very friendly and professional!! I definitely recommend LabCorp!! Nice folks!!! A++

Giving a 3 because they were able to get my blood and I have difficult veins. However, they tried to get me to pay the full amount for the lab work up front based on an "estimate" they claim they got from my insurance in less than 30 seconds stating I owed a full deductible. I don't have a deductible, and routine yearly labwork is fully covered under my policy, and yes labcorp is a covered lab. I refused to pay and had to sign a paper which is fine, but this is really unacceptable. Insurance should be fully billed before a patient is asked to pay anything. Also they are supposed to be open until 11:30 am on Saturdays per their website but were telling people they were closing early because they wanted to. Not great business practices.

Absolutely horrible costumer service- I asked to speak to a manager they wouldn’t call her so I could talk. That’s how you know the employees are complete jokes

After sitting in the waiting room for 25 minutes, the patient that just walked in, got called in before me. As I sat down and exhaled, the nurse behind the door, says, idk what she's all mad about, so, I said an expletive and left. I will find another LabCorp to go to. All she had to say was, I'm sorry, you are next, sorry for the mix up.

Sat there for 35 minutes while they called people ahead of me even though I signed in before them...also rude as I walked in the wrong door by accident and spoke to me with attitude when I apologized

Awful customer service. You can't call for questions, you can't talk to someone in person until you're checked in, you must use their electronic check-in process, the list keeps going. The woman wouldn't help with a question until I was checked in, then I hate to wait 20 minutes just to drop off a specimen that was already done. I highly doubt this is a location specific problem, but I assume the attitudes are.... When needless advancement meets poor customer service, you get a very poor customer experience.

Extensive wait to drop off a specim. A drop off will generally take you 30 to 60 mins.
