I initially went in with the intent to buy a particular mattress. After speaking with Lydia I tried several different mattresses. I was never told the price of the mattresses I had tried. In the end I walked out purchasing a great mattress that was cheaper than the one I had my mind set on. Not to mention pillows, sheets, mattress cover! I highly recommend

I was in need of a new twin and full size bed. I also needed to have this delivered in a particular time-frame. I phoned Metro Mattress and spoke with Lidia who was very kind and very helpful, answered all my questions (as well as the questions my wife had). Their assistance enabled us to complete our order over the phone instead of a long drive to the store, for which I am grateful. Based on my experience this morning, I would highly recommend Metro Mattress, and special thanks to Lidia who is an exemplar of excellent customer service.

The salesman was patient and helpful in showing us the entire selection. We checked a series of mattresses, and found one that was perfectly suited for both of us.
We were able to order the mattress and schedule delivery with a timetable that fit what we needed as well.
