Day before the Christmas holiday the New Hartford Commercial Drive office decides to close early for inclement weather. Not a single other business is closed. A few wind gusts and hardly any snow. Made it very difficult for me take cash out of the bank for my Christmas cards. It's NY in the winter...sounds like the workers in this branch don't want to work.

i was having trouble with another branch because they wouldn't call me backBut I called this branch and was so pleased with the service I spoke directly to the manager lena and she was so nice and helped me out quickly she called me back in one minute which I was very pleased about this is definitely going to be my go to branch now id recommend this one to everyone !

This is a great bank! So much so that even though I moved out of state years ago, I still maintain my account here and use it as my primary. I have rarely gone inside this location, but when I have, the customer service is great, just as it is at the drive up. Their ATMS function quickly with no issues. When I have had any issues with my account, the 1800 customer service is knowledgeable and professional. Their lack of fees combined with great features such as mobile banking, app, and mobile check deposit stand them out above the rest. The best thing is their tight security. The minute there is an issue I receive an email and alert. They monitor spending and sometimes strange locations or higher transactions get flagged for your safety. They are mobile pay compliant with Samsung Pay which I like. They monitor security for that even closer than anything else!

Worst bank in the area, BUNCH of crooks charged me 75 dollars for transfering money from my m and t saving account to my m and t checking account, I can show,proof if,anyone has questions, go,to a real bank like a credit union they look out for,there customers unlike m and t bank😥😞✌ PS THEY DO NOT DESERVE A STAR BUT THEY MAKE YPU GIVE THEM ONE

New employees need to be trained in customer service. Thankfully Shannon & Jess are there to keep the business moving. They are the only reason we continue to use this branch.

Absolutely hate this place. Save yourself time and a headache and go threw a local credit Union. Beware of there $40 overdraft fees
