Came in a day after July 4th, with an emergency for my vehicle. Even with them being busy with multiple things, their response was timely, they took care of my issue and gave me a honest report. They fixed issue in a shorter time frame than expected. I would recommend them to anyone in the area

I think they faked computer failure when I was trying to pay. They kept declining all my cards and tried to make me sign up for their credit card to “make the process go faster”
After that the guy complained about being woken up by a chainsaw. Read the room, does the customer want to hear it? No, especially when they’ve been there for 3 hours, can’t use their cards to pay and has to pull hundreds in CASH just to pay for service because they don’t want another credit card. I’m going elsewhere for future NYS inspections and repairs.

So nice to have a business that is very customer focus. There honesty is at the top. They could have easily charged me for a front end alignment that another company told me i needed. They called and said that the alignment wasn’t needed and gave me a print out of the test. They told me no charge! In today’s day that would be a very rare occasion. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good, honest professional service.

Team was professional, timely and transparent. I was called to review each service the techs were to complete and to weigh in if additional purchases were needed to complete the service. I felt confident in the team's ability and expertise.

I’ve been a customer of pep boys for years and have always recommended their service to friends and family. My last visit I was lied to about the condition of my tires and the employees tried selling me new tires when I did not need them. They apologized but I will not be a future customer and will no longer recommend them to anyone.

I had a rear tire flat. I was told the nail hole couldn't be patched. I was then told they don't carry that kind of tire but would replace with a new tire, similar brand. Then, "the front treads are low", trying to tell me I HAVE to replace all 4 tires on this rental car.
I went to an honest auto shop and the hole was plugged, tire installed in 20 minutes for $40. No thanks, pep boys.

Fantastic Experience, they were polite, the place was clean (for a garage), they explained everything and fixed the problem quickly. Prices were great as well. This is the only shop in the area open 7 days a week and that uses online appointment booking.
