Great customer service! Bailey & Beriah were very knowledgeable & helpful! I have one recommendation regarding the 100 days in-house trial and return policy. The consumer should be informed prior to sale that the adjustable base isn't returnable. Overall, it was a great experience!

Bailey was fantastic! Super helpful and understanding. We purchased a sleep number 6 years ago from a different store and recently had issues with the integrated base, after contacting customer service and not getting any where we were left confused. After explaining what happened to Bailey and our confusion she gave us options on what we could do. After discussing prices my husband and I purchased a flexible base. We have always wanted to upgrade to the flexible base but just never found the time to go back after 2 kids. Bailey was able to help us get a base for a really good price. She even took the time to show what the different bases did for my husband who was undecided. Thank you again Bailey for the help and getting us back to loving our sleep number bed again!

It was our first time visiting the Sleep Number store in New Hartford and me and my wife were very impressed. We had Bailey help us in choosing the right mattress to fit our needs and she was so informative about all the different options for a mattress and answered all our questions with ease. We ended up purchasing a new mattress that day. I highly recommend the Sleep Number store in New Hartford.

We were warmly invited into the Sleep Number store by George who was covering the store while the manager was out. No high pressure sales presentation. He was very thorough in explaining how the mattress worked . We highly recommend Sleep Number and yes we purchased one.
