“Called Up Ronnie Towing to Bring My Cah to an Auto Shop. He Had 1 Tow Ahead of Me. Told Me He Will Be Here in 10 Min. 7 Min Later i See Him Pulling Up. Put My Grl Up on a Flat Bed Within Min and She Was Ready to Head 0ut to to the Cah Hospital to Get a Check Up. Great Communication, Fast, Reliable, Up Front Cost, He Didn't Change the Pricing, I Didn't Have Cash 0n Me But He Was Able to Take a Card Payment. Pleasant to Talk to, i Trust Ronnie With My Cah Knowing She is in Safe Handz. Hopefully I Don't Need Another Tow But I Will Surely Recommend You to Everyone I Know. Thank You Ronnie..God Bless!”
“My car broke down on Easter and I could not fix the car to make it drivable because I do not fix cars. I called Elite Towing and they got a truck there in 30 minutes. The gentleman was professional and mild mannered. He made the tow quick, easy, and almost enjoyable. He dropped the car off at the requested location and even parked it for us. I would recommend Elite Towing to anyone in a “found on the roadside dead” pinch.”

“Great job on fixing the backend of my car, when I accidentally hit a cement post at a doctor’s office parking lot. They even went to the extreme by cleaning the inside and outside of my car!! I didn’t expect that to happen. Everything so beautiful!”

“I recently purchased my first enclosed trailer from TMS. My experience from ordering right through delivery has been great. Jeff Moyer, the owner, is very knowledgeable and worked with me to help spec out my order. Communication throughout the process was excellent and the trailer quality is above my expectations. I can't say enough good things about Jeff or Trailer Marketing Services and I highly recommend this company.”

“Excellent customer service both times I've had roadside emergencies. AAA dispatched Johnson's Auto and it all went perfectly after that. If AAA sends them - NO worries! Sit back and relax, wait for them to arrive post haste.”

Great communication in a timely fashion, professional, trustworthy and he looked out for my best interest when communicating with the insurance company. “Sold my old car today - not going to lie, it was a little sad for me. Memories. Called around Utica, was met with rudeness and unrealistic offers. Called Jay at AM - he answered the phone, was a decent person to me and offered a decent price. Thank you for your help. Decency goes a long way.”

“Lee-Ann literally SAVED. MY. WEEKEND. Was put in a huge tough spot when my rental car tire became flat. They went 2 hours out of their way to tow my car to a local mechanic shop - at 4 am on a SUNDAY. But Lee-Ann had a better idea and was willing to try and see if they could fix my tire in their shop versus waiting for a mechanic on Monday. Not only were they able to fix my tire, but because of her I was able to make my appointment on time to return my rental! Some of the kindest, genuine, and most honest people I've met in a long time! They have your best interest at their heart and treat you like their friends or family. Their prices were also extremely fair! Not that I'd ever want to have to use a tow company again (because who enjoys dealing with car troubles?) But if I have to it's definitely going to be them.”
“Owner of company was very respectful to me and my 6 month old golden retriever puppy. (Even had treats for her)
Extra star for being extremely handsome”
“Mike and staff are the best. I own a small plumbing company with older work vans. They are honest and most importantly keep them on the road so we make money. Great service thanks RFC”
“I have been there 3 time in the past year for routine maintenance as well as repairs. I have also had my brother from out of town go there. They are honest, reasonable and reliable. I have no issues with this service station. They put in brakes and new tires for less than the quote I got from the dealership!Services: Tires”

“Norm and David are awesome people to deal with, I've bought a couple cars from Norm and he ALWAYS tells me exactly what condition the car is in and if I would have any issues right off the bat, The NYS Police AND area Police agencies trust Norm and David to work on their cars, and that's good enough of for me as credabillity, plus Norm has a cool personality!! He's a people person!!”
“Brought my truck there for some new tires and a check engine light. Price was fair and work was done exactly as scheduled. Genuinely great people to do business with. Higly recommend”

“The customer service was 10/10, really kind, knowledgeable, and honest.
My family and I were staying in Utica for a pit stop on a long road trip. We had what turned out to be a loose heat flap. The guys working that morning took a look, removed the heat flap, and helped us understand what happened and what to do next. We were in and out in 5-10 minutes and they helped us get on our way.”
