I usually dread going to get a cellphone but Garth at this store really helped me out. He laid out options, recommended a service(not pushed) that I had no idea about but wanted. He also went in the back to search for a certain color, made sure my phone was all set and protected. Cannot recommend Garth or this store enough

I was lied to by a sales representative about how much a plan would cost. I was told the estimated plan price shown to me of $207 a month would be $30 cheaper a month at about $177 a month with the Verizon credit card auto pay at a $10 discount per line(3 lines). But the price they showed me at $207 a month included the $30 discount already. So I was tricked, this over the 3 year contract would cost me over a $1000.

Do NOT waste your time going to this store! Im only giving the 1 star for the woman I met when I first arrived. I walked in after calling ahead to see if they had the product I was looking for and they said they did. I signed in with a nice woman who took my information and even showed me the demo watch I was interested in buying. She was honest and said the wait would be approximately 30 minutes. I got text updates to let me know my position in the queue. 30 minutes later a young man called my name, then started talking with a woman who just walked in about her phone. I interrupted and said I was who he had called. He proceeded to tell me that they don't have the item I was interested in despite me saying his coworker already assured me they had 2 in stock. He adamantly said they didn't have it and suggested I go elsewhere. He was RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and DISRESPECTFUL! I immediately left, got in my car, and called the store on Horatio St. I was greeted upon arrival, had a knowledgeable employee, and left there shortly after with the product I had been researching. Just go to the Verizon store on Horatio St and ask for Franklin- you won't be disappointed.

I bought a new phone and turned it on. Both of my phones went into “SOS” for service. I tried to login the Verizon app and it wouldn’t text me. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes and there was no answer. I then went down to the Verizon store and they told me that there is nothing they can be done and to hope my phone is working in the morning. Terrible customer service.

Had a pretty good experience. Visited the location to upgrade my device. Everything was pretty straightforward. Grace assisted through out the process and brought out several accessories for me to choose from. She even installed my screen protector. Other staff were friendly with conversation. Next time I need an upgrade or new plan options this is the place I’ll go.

Went in the store to disconnect a line due to the death of a loved one. Was told they don’t deal with that here and gave me a number to call customer service. The number that gave me was a scam call center in India selling skin care products. The associate Desiree wrote it down for me so I know I dialed it right. Then I tried to upgrade a line to a new phone and trade in my old one and was again dismissed. This store is a farce.

I have been to this location a number of times because it is the closest to my family. And whenever we have needed to upgrade phones or deal with billing or anything this location is the most convenient. I have to admit though every time I walk through the door I have been disappointed. I always have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes regardless of what time I arrive or what my problem is. I've also run into a number of problems where the person checking in after explaining my problem they signed me in and after waiting 30+ minutes I find out that I do not have something that I need for the person is not able to help me with my problem. I must admit every time I go to the store it makes me want to cancel my service completely. If you are able to try another location nearby I recommend avoiding this one altogether. I have never had a good experience at the store.

After using multiple service providers for my phone service, I finally had to give in and go to Verizon. I chose prepaid with loyalty benefits. I hope this is the last time I have to switch.

Very helpful customer service representatives.. was having an issue and they went out of their way to help me solve it.
