I am very pleased with Evelyn in that pharmacy she goes over and beyond to help people and she truly is a gem that they should make sure they don’t lose her she is definitely a people person I can not say enough good things about this young lady just that Walmart pharmacy is lucky to have her

As Walmarts go, this one is fairly crazy, no matter what time of day you go! The parking lot is even more insane thanks to the directional arrows for each aisle being so faded that you can barely see them resulting in people driving the wrong way down a one way parking section... fun. Inside is fairly organized and has a large selection. Do not count on their website inventory as it can be drastically off from what is actually available in store. To be safe if you don't want to waste a trip order online for in store pickup. There is a substantial grocery store as well as garden center, and a pharmacy. If you are hoping to check out with an actual person, be warned, most of their checkout options are now self check out. Very few human manned registers are open at any given time.

Very nice people to deal with. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and willing to take time out to answer questions. That short Puerto Rican girl is not too friendly imho!

This Walmart is an example of the worst side of the company unfortunately. We have been coming here for two months now, and the shelves are consistently empty while the staff is just as consistently rude. The small Subway/Auntie As combo has decent food but only when they actually have food and only if you can get service. It's unfortunate that the Utica location is more of a drive but offers consistent product, lovely service , and a better overall experience (even with the busier store location).

My mother fills her prescriptions here, it seems every- time she has a refill there is a problem, they are out of it or what have you. Today their computers systems are down with no plan in place to supply customers with their medicine even if it's already called in and filled they cannot even cash one out. A multi billion dollar company and no emergency plan in place? When dealing with peoples medicine this should be a condiseration. You can't just go to another store, it's a prescription. I bet a smaller pharmacy would have a contingency plan. The associate didn't even offer a suggestion to perhaps a follow up call. We will be making a change.

The folks are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have gotten my scripts there for some time now and only negative is they don't always call to let you know not all scripts filled. Need to come back next day. But this is a problem with MANY pharmacy's.

WALMART - 4765 Commercial Dr. New Hartford, Just got off the phone with customer service...Very friendly and helpful. "Yes, we sell that..." She then helped me set up a 'customer pick-up' for later today. I have shopped that store for about 5 years. No problems. Isle staff often helped me find products. Deli staff very nice. Handicapped carts available. Checkout has even helped me bring groceries out to my vehicle...how considerate is that?!

Couldnt wait 5 mins for an emergency medication stated to the customer saying "Closes at 6 on the dot" when we were only 10 mins away...
