Bought 2 breakfast sandwiches and waited 40 minutes.!! I got ticked off so went up and asked what the problem was. Said they had to thaw the biscuits and cook them ! What? I asked for my money back as I had an appt. Refused to give it to me. Asked for manager and what a little snotty thing she was ! She also refused to return my money ! Will never go to Wendy's again !

The place was clean, food was tasty, and service was prompt and friendly by Aleesia. I will forever drive the 15 min out of my way just to go to this location.

bun was burnt with the second patty having pink sides and just by lookin at the lemonade you can tell is was practically water , tasted more like they put water in a cup and just squeezed a small lemon into it ??♀️..

Ridiculous wait time to order... And all I was doing was picking up on line order. Literally 15 minutes between microphone and window then an addition 5 at window at least. Food sucked. Chicken wrap was horrible in taste and construction.

Shut this place down, it's embarrassing. Employees must never show up for work or owner doesn't hire enough people. 40 minute wait at the checkout counter. They ignore you for the drive thru. Every time. The franchise owner has a room temperature IQ apparently, not sure how else this behavior would be allowed to continue for so long. I won't bother ever coming back here after a lifetime of patronage to Wendys!

For fast food, the 45 minutes I stood at the counter waiting seemed odd. I also learned that they do not do refunds, not that I asked for one myself, but watched as multiple people were declined. I don't want to 100% percent blame the staff, but it does feel like nobody is managing. Though I did SEE the manager telling a nurse that actually helped fill napkins and bring a customer their chili that she could not have a refund even though she was going to be late getting back to the hospital. Craziest thing I've seen in awhile.

The serves was insanely slow. It took about 25 minutes sitting in line to get up to the window. It took about 10 min for the car in front of me to have someone to talk on the intercom to take his order. Idk what they're doing in there, but I can tell you what I won't be going back. This isn't the first time either, it's slow every time I go there.

I ordered two (2) breakfast sandwiches (sausage, egg, and swiss), and two (2) Simply Orange OJ! The eggs were super flat and appeared small. The sausage was VERY spicy...too spicy! The swiss cheese was like a buttery spread!?. WORST BREAKFAST AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! The best part of the breakfast was the orange juice, because Wendy's didn't make it!! ??. Burger King breakfast croissanwiches are MUCH better!! Wendy's breakfast sandwiches were TRASH!! It's a good thing it was buy one get one free!! I only ate about half of each sandwich...mainly the egg!! On top of that...the cashier forgot to give me the BOGO discount from the Wendy's App!! So...I had to wait for the manager!! ????. TERRIBLE BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE!!

Idk what was going on when I was here. I have been to this location before it has always been ok. But when I got to the front counter I was ignored. Employees need serious customer training. Customers come before putting a single spoon away. taking 10 minutes without even acknowledging the customer is ridiculous. They actually had to try to ignore me at that point

Legit a 40 minute wait last night with 5 cars ahead of us in the drive thru. Then when we actually get our order the gentleman didn’t give me the right drink and I said it wasn’t right and looks at me like I was in the wrong. Your job isn’t that hard my guy. Read the screen and give us the order. The wait is unreal. I’ll never use this drive thru again. Got to be the worst Wendy’s in the area.
