“I received an order in the mail went to take it out and in a blazer I felt something hard someone when they packed my order for delivery left the security tag again then I get a beep on my phone that my order is ready for pick up in the store, which should’ve been in the delivery I don’t know who decides these things or who makes these errors, but I cannot walk distances because I have a terrible back and the thought of even going in there and returning this and going to pick up, the other item was daunting I did it and I said to the girl why was this pick up in the store when it was ordered for delivery she just shrugged . I think it’s very very lax in the fulfillment center because people don’t just have it because they’re gonna be in the store and they want it people like me have an issue with parking the car walking to the store getting a cart walking all the way in the back to have a tag removed that they sent in an order by mail and you thought your order was gonna be complete until oh yeah you get it email or message that says your order is ready for pick up well I don’t order online so I can go pick up anything it’s the point of why I order online and I wish someone would’ve given a darn and cared about what I had to do”
“ABSOLUTELY LOVEEE the energy the staff I interacted with had, positive, uplifting and as well as being supportive of each-other doing regular tasks, it was so sweet to see. Stacy was more than helpful when she was helping me figure out a pair of pants that fit my body type best, super super positive and HELPFUL!!”

“I love this store! It has a clean and impressive layout. I rarely go here and not find something I want. Whether it’s clothing or something in household items, there seems to be a great selection.
My reason for only four stars? Their prices have become preposterous and have no rhyme or reason for the way they are marked. They have second hand items marked with prices as much (or higher) than the item was new at times and you will likely find an item marked 11.99 in one spot and an identical one marked .99 in another.(just as an example). It kinda stinks because people who truly need a store like this can’t afford it.”
“I usually deal with the gamestop in Rome. I had to come out to New Hartford. They absolutely took care of my family and went above and beyond the call of duty. The gamestop in Rome and New Hartford are amazing. Amazing staff, management all the way around.”

“The store was fully stocked with many choices. There were alot of bras, panties, hoodies, sweatshirts t-shirts, Leggings, sweatpants, pjs, and the list could go on. Was nice to see full store with all the supply chain issues allover.”
“I came in this morning and bought a few items for my daughter. A younger man helped me and was so polite. I think his name was Cinelo? It’s people like him in retail that make shopping pleasant. He went out of his way to make a customer comfortable today. This gentlemen deserves a raise!!!”
“Clothes are feminine. A bit pricey so take advantage when they have a sale. Styles vary so something for everyone. I usually find an item or two every time I shop. Hand washing recommended for tops, imo.”

“We went to Talbots today. They are a great business because they are very customer friendly and they take returns from other Talbots stores and the Internet. They have many sizes that other stores do not bother to carry. The retail prices are high but they have lots of discounts and the quality is much better than some of their competitors. Today I saw a couple of summer-weight jackets I liked. They didn't have my exact size in the store so they located them in other stores and had them shipped to my house. I am very happy to have discovered this clothing line.”
“Great sale on shoes. I did want a pair of boots but was told they were not on sale even though the boots were directly under the sign that said sale. All other boots on the rack were on sale but the ones I wanted. Move the several boxes of boots off the rack so it doesn't have people thinking they're on sale.”
