I purchased a Maserati from here about 6 months ago. Had a small dent in the front bumper. They said they fixed it as best they could. The car now has paint peeling in that exact spot. Instead of doing the job correctly they did what they could to maximize profits on their end. Not happy.

DO NOT VISIT FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN AN OIL CHANGE. Came in with a BMW 428XDrive that had experienced a battery malfunction and stalled. The serpentine belt was also making some noise, which I assumed needed to be replaced so I added that to the service request. A brand new battery was bought, installed along with the serpentine tensioner and serpentine belt. Upon pickup, I drove less than 3 miles before a loud banging knock started coming from the engine. I returned swiftly for an explanation and for the mechanic to diagnose this sound. I was told that, that noise had nothing to do with the parts that they had just changed, although the vehicle engine had never previously made ANY loud banging sounds. After little to no concern, and being told “ Well, I don’t know what to tell you. Our guys are not really specialized in BMW”… I had my vehicle towed and parked for 3 weeks until my appointment with BMW of Brooklyn, when surprisingly on the morning of, after having the car idling for few minutes the “battery charge low” warning appeared AGAIN, car switched to park and cut off. This is the exact issue I initially carried the vehicle to be repaired for! It’s a brand new battery that! What kind of diagnostic was done!? JOKE of a Service Centre, with limited experience or expertise with European cars.Services: Engine repair

Please stay away from this place. They advertise cars they don't even have in their lot. Also they are very rude. When we arrived, no one came to help. We decided to look around and see if someone will ever come out to help us. 20 minutes past and nothing, nada! My husband goes in and says excuse me, I have just one question? The man, very rudely said you have to wait, other ppl are before you. It was a simple yes or no question bc we had already looked around. Omg they are just so rude. Also the Lot is dirty looking. The cars they have are super old and rusted. These 1 star reviews are all true.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people! We purchased a 2017 BMW X5 2 weeks ago and was promised the following: 4 tires were going to be replaced Scratches in the car were going to be repaired Jessie the director of the service center initially replaced the tires with the cheapest possible tires that was different from what was originally on the car we bought. We asked to replace the tires with the original tires that was on the BMW we purchased and we were told to pay $100 for each tire, that's $400! Jessie was extremely rude and didn't wear a mask the whole time while dealing with my brother! He gave us a receipt that says the $400 was going to be reimbursed by check and then realised he made a mistake and snatched the receipt and replaced it with one without a reimbursement. Yelling at my brother saying he was abusing Jessies generosity! It was ridiculous! As for the scratches that need fixing, no one is responding to our request for the repair or to schedule an appointment its been 2 weeks since we purchased the car. Larry or Ronny was our contact and both have failed to help us to schedule our repair. Hope this review prompts them to do something about it. We are sending a complaint to the DMV and Better Business Bureau of New York. If anyone has had a similar experience call DMV Complaints 518-4748943 and fill out a DMV complaint report form VS35 from the DMV and they will resolve the problem. Also file a complaint against this business at this website: newyork.bbb.org or call this number 516-4662277 they will help.

I made an appointment to get my oil service done.i wasn't able to wait outside because the manager said because of the pandemic. I had to come back. It was alright. I did some shopping. Within 30 minutes my car service was done.The manager made sure my brake lights were working. I really appreciate the consideration they show to me. I took my car to repair it to Autoexpo service. which damaged it, then I took it again to repair the damage. And they didn't want to repair it. The manager is so disgusting that the police called me, so now I have my damaged car. Jessy is the manager and he told me that he is the owner, but it's not like that. He works for Auto Expo. The owner of this company already knows it because I have not been the only person who has said the same thing

Jessy the director or manager has got to be the worst of any service part i have ever dealt with. My car goes in for a check engine light. Simple spark plugs and coil which i new im a mechanic. Get the car back now its leaking oil. As soon as i get the car back not a week later the same day. Now this fool gonna tell me i have to pay another diagnostics fee.

Pulled in to get my tail light replaced. Guy told me they first charge a $150 diagnostic fee. I already told him it was my tail light. Guy tells me "ok then you can fix it yourself". If you come here, you are definitely being ripped off. The rudeness is just a bonus
