I love BBB. The instructors are friendly, energetic and most importantly motivating. The facility is always clean. The desk people are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The BBB experience is fun, rewarding and challenging.

I am a member of the WB location so I usually frequent this location on the weekends but when I do take a class here, I am always reminded of how great the NHP BBB community is. Trevor and Crystal's classes are the ones I am most familiar with and they both challenge and motivate me. Crystal is an incredible owner always looking for ways to improve the workouts and the studio. She really listens to her members and it is shown by how much they all look up her. I highly recommend this studio!

I usually go to the Great Neck location but I wanted to try this one on Friday evening because Great Neck is closed on Fridays evenings. I went to Adib's class and the moment I walked in the door Adib welcomed me to the gym. He made me feel welcome and ready to work out. He remembered my name right away and he put us to work. The energy of the gym was so great and I like this location because they have bathrooms and changing rooms. I already lost 7 lbs in my first month and it is such a great place to start your fitness journey. After having a baby, it is hard to lose weight and feel like yourself again. BBB made me motivated to lose weight and become healthier for my family. Thank you Adib for making me feel welcome and remembering me!

I had never been to a boot camp before but BBB’s experience was amazing! The coaches were fantastic, kind, fun and very knowledgeable. They will push your limits to the sky but its definitely encouraging to bring yourself to different level. This place lets you feel like a workout family and great community to blend in.
