My parents opened a joint checking account here. Debbie is super kind, friendly and helpful staff. She told us in details each step she was going to do with us. Highly recommended this brand.

The bank Doesn’t hv the waiting list for safety box, the one who answered the phone told me to call back daily to check up if there is anyone who cancels his/her box. Doesn’t make it any sense, calling back everyday to check?

Always a friendly welcome and rarely a long wait for service by tellers. Ample free parking outside, with an ATM inside the front door lobby allowing 24 hour access to Citi card holders to process checks or get cash. A drive through window and drive through ATM also available. The location at Jericho Tpke and County Court Rd means easy access from main roads.

I'll admit it.. I am a reformed Citibank customer. Following my dad's footsteps, Citibank was my first "real" bank. I was a customer for more than 2 decades. In the late 90s, it was one of the first banks to offer secure online banking, which back in the day was life changing. It seems over the years that the website and its structure has been stuck in that original layout. The layout of website is a straight up mess and makes it hard to do simple things such as track transfers and payments without having to click on multiple links and go back and forth between pages. Paying a bill was a 3 page process of confirmations and clicks. They really make it difficult for you to get any money out of the bank after you have put it in. Mobile check deposits are limited to $1,000. In recent years they have closed two branches that were conveniently located near me. My relationship with Citibank seemed to get progressively worse and less convenient making me questions why was I with them so long. Truthfully though the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak was when I read about how Citibank was the lead architect financial institution in providing the funding for the Dakota Access Pipeline and getting other banks on board. I am not trying to be political. I simply just don't think it's wise to have a bunch of pipes pumping toxic oil all across the country potentially polluting the environment and ground water. Solar, wind and renewable energy sources are where it is at, but of course there is no continuous revenue stream like there is in selling and burning oil. Simply all about the dollar. Money is what Big Business and Banks pay attention to so I decided to close all my accounts, move all my money to a local Long Island credit union. I've been feeling great about the move - it had me wondering what was I thinking all these years being a Citibank banking customer?

Their 24 hour ATM machines are always easily accessible.
