I'm very surprised about the reviews I'm that I'm reading. You should go to another pharmacy and see how you are treating. This staff has to endure people screaming and talking disrespectfully. I am a difficult patient. I have to make sure OTC products and from the pharmacy are gluten free. They don't have to call the manufacturer, but they do. Everything settled down now, but the pharmacy walked thru this with me. I'm very grateful. Thank you.

The remodel is nice but they still only had two people working the counter at the pharmacy with a long line of customers. Not having enough workers is one thing, but both of the people behind the counter had only one speed.... Slow. No effort was made to speed up to handle the long line.

Horrible. Horrible place. Pharmacy is so slow and obnoxious. Go to any other pharmacy. Stay far away from this CVS.

This CVS location cannot do without Joel being present, the rest of the employees are totally clueless on how to do their work or about the stock items they carry.

Every time I go to this CVS location on Hillside I’ve had a problem in getting customer assistance to open a case for a product. Today there was just one guy Mohammed manning the store besides the pharmacy staff. One guy!! . We waited a long time before we went to the checkout counter to get him to open the case for us. He had many customers. I have to say he was pleasant and apologized. I give him a lot of credit. CVS needs to have more staff manning the store. You have a great store but poor customer service.

At first they tell me my insurance doesn't cover I have to pay. Than after asking multiple times they said it is covered. Than dr. gave me two medicine they gave me one. After checking 3 to 4 times they said one. But next day I confirm with dr there was two medicine.

The store cashier named Abhi is so helping and giving the best customer service. Also very polite way of talking and I think he is the best employee in cvs

Did not have the eye drops that I needed the website said it was in stock Employee would not check if it was in stock He went back to restocking and did not help. I drove 16 minutes to get to this particular store I will never shop at a CvS store again.

If I could leave a minus star I would. They had a prescription for 4 months and no call was made to pick up or cancel. The feedback of most clients reflect mine too.
