“Shout out to Julie. I come here every-time to return my bottles because the bottle room is clean compared to any other place. The usual bottle guy wasn’t in but Julie made sure to still try and help when the bin was full. Usually if I ask someone they’ll say they’ll get the guy and never do. Julie communicated with me and told me she would help as best she could since the maintenance guy wasn’t there. She came in the room and did what she could.
