Whenever I go to the FedEx store in New Hyde Park, the workers are knowledgeable and informative. They provide information that’s needed at the time, depending on the task at hand.

I had a very good experience at this FedEx location. Tim, the kind person who helped me print my business cards, was extremely patient and helpful, despite it taking a couple of tries to get the formatting correct. I can’t thank him enough for the great service.

Went to return a package and said the guy name Dylan said that 'we can't take damaged boxes' when they've taken them continuously for the past 3 weeks. This box is barely damaged and they are the ones who delivered it like this. Now they want to charge me for a new box before they take it for a return, are you kidding me?
Hypocrites and unprofessional!
Will never go here again!

In Saudi Arabia it's bad
In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, FedEx is the worst shipping company. They delay delivery of shipments for more than three weeks or more. Customer service does not respond and hangs up on customers. If one of them responds to us, they put the status on silent for more than 20 minutes and then hangs up on us. If the situation continues like this in Saudi Arabia, your company will lose.

The customer service experience I had when I walked in was so disheartening and caused me to not use their services and instead go to staples print center where I felt more welcomed and helped. I walked in to this fed ex office location on Sunday right after they opened a little after 12p there were 2 men working at the front register area and the place was empty. I spoke to one man about what I needed which was to print something and the other man then told me the computers are expensive at 75 cents a minute so then I asked if I could send them the file and they print it instead and if possible enhance one picture larger. In which the other man said that would take time which they wouldn’t be able to do same day may I mind you he didn’t even ask me how large I needed it printed (I only needed a longer 11x17 paper size). Once again the location had just opened like 15 minutes prior and was completely empty. My husband and I instantly felt like they were just not in the mood to help us so we said nevermind we will go to staples instead and left. Based on that experience I would not recommend this location just go to staples instead because if that was the treatment when empty imagine when they are busy.

Awful experience. I personally handed an express mail with a prepaid label to a store member and they gave me the wrong tracking info.
I did manage to find the correct tracking later and it turns out they never scanned it into the system. I have spoken to the store and corporate on multiple occasions and to this day no one knows where my mail is.
What a complete joke. The staff is 100% incompetent and does not want to admit this was a huge error on their part.

Had trouble with the QR code a vendor sent me for my returns. Joe helped me troubleshoot the issue by having me send the my print label via email to print it out instead. Great service!

Barrington the store manager feels that its too much work for him to help me track a package that was dropped off 3 weeks ago at this location. It is currently lost. He said it was not his responsibility to provide customer service on those matters because he himself did not lose the package. I would assume fed-ex team should help represent fed-ex as a whole and take some accountability for the company that employs them. I wonder how fedex corporate feels about a store manager refusing customer service.

No communication between employees. I’m the only customer in store waiting for a printed document and an associate thought it was the perfect time to print literally a thousand copies of something that took over 10 minutes to print.

I wish I remembered his name but there was a super helpful gentlemen working at the desk at 1:30pm on 9/20/24. If memory serves me right, he had longer hair. So refreshing to have great customer service. Very rare you see great team members like this in any business anymore. Will definitely be back and referring clients soley because of this interaction. He definitely deserves to be recognized by leadership.
