Usually the food is on point but yesterday was terrible...Hot and sour soup was watered down couldnt eat it..I asked for spare rib tips not well or dry well they were both threw it out too..guys its not hard to get it right!

I always have the food delivered and the orders are always correct and food is hot. They even took the time to call me and make sure to explain the spare rib tips has bones and if I wanted no bones to order the boneless ribs. The price point is reasonable and portions are good. Been ordering about 3x a month, for the last several months, trying new items and nothing has disappointed. I especially like that the vegetables are fresh.

This American style Chinese restaurant has a ton of vegan options and they are affordable to boot, but the real star is their customer service. For anyone unfamiliar with Queens, the addresses are constructed with (cross street)-number (building avenue location). It honestly drives other people from the city bonkers and it is extremely frustrating when you factor in number drive/street/avenue being literally miles apart. The city planners of this borough were sadists. Anyway, so I put the wrong cross street number on my delivery order (thanks google auto fill!), but thankfully, instead of leaving my food a quarter of a mile away, they called to confirm my address and drove over to make sure I got my food, which was still piping hot. They will always have my business!

Food is excellent, reasonably priced. But make sure to have it always delivered. Dont go there to pick up - they are too busy to show you any common courtesy

Ordered a few times from here for contractors who was helping me with some works. The first thing I noticed was their price is above what a typical Chinese-American restaurants in the City would charge.The contractors complained about food being below average. The lady tends to round the bill up even though I was paying using credit card sometimes which seems to be absurd - definitely not coming back again.I do not recommend this Chinese-American restaurant.

first bite is borderline decent and then you keep eating and you realize how bad the food is, stomach pain was uncanny, if you want GOOD chinese food go to New Jumbo Taste in new hyde park!

Was recommended this place by friends and felt reassured by the 4 star rating. The food quality was extremely poor. Ordered shrimp and chicken fried rice. Rice was stale and tasteless. Appeared to be days old rice, definitely not freshly made. Ordered chicken with broccoli as a safe choice. The chicken was rubbery and hard to chew- could not finish the meal. Only thing that was edible was the sesame chicken which was deep fried and breaded and coated in sauce- hard to mess up. Really difficult to find good quality Chinese food take away in East Queens- Long Island. Will not be ordering again- wondering who could give this place 4 stars.
