“Amazing workouts, great coaches and peers. You will not be disappointed. I have lost 15 pounds in the two months that I have been there, one hour in the morning, fast, furious, fun and effective. Come on and give The Sanctuary a try.”

“I have been seeing Mike for the past 2 years . He is the best thing that has happened to me . I have exceeded my strength goals . “Currently going to this gym and it is 1 of the best gyms I have ever signed up for . 1 of the best gyms to go to when you have a car . There’s usually always parking even on the busy days . Best times to work out there are the mornings and nights to avoid the rush . lots of machines and dumbbells to use for every single body part you want to work out . The personal trainers there are helpful and informative on getting you the information you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and build muscle . They have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi there also . There’s a racquet ball court . There used to be a basketball court there but now it’s just an open space . lots of treadmills also , A store to buy to protein shakes and they have certain events with a DJ at times , they also have yoga and Zumba classes too . The gym is also huge as well . Also very conveniently located near the Long Island Expressway .”
“I came to check out the gym as a guest and within a day the staffs helpfulness and kindness made me happy to come back. Tony and Spearow were awesome in showing me around the place and some jiu jitsu moves as well.”
“Love going to this place and working out here. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, they are really cool people. The place is always clean with the weights racked. A+”
“Just wanted to shoutout the front desk and especially Gianna who graciously let me borrow the heart rate monitor for the session. Ik technically you're supposed to pay to use it (I'm explicitly saying this b/c I don't want her to get into trouble for helping me out), so thank you for considering how I was new to the scene, and unfamiliar with the whole thing. Like I already told my friends, and can guarantee you these acts of kindness absolutely have a butterfly effect of an impact no one could possibly know for sure changes everything! We'll all have our bad days also, so we gotta support each other for when those happen - thank you for reminding me there's still hope for the world yet..!”
