After having trouble with my debit card. I called the main branch was transfered around to no avail ,I went to the Forest Hills branch. Patricia Persaud assisted me help me fix my problem and make me a happy customer. The bank is lucky to have an employee who is helpful, efficient and welcoming.

This is the worst bank that I have experienced.. try not to use this bank if you can.. I am stuck with them from the mortgage that I loaned. I wish I can give zero star.
