    Rachel at the J. Crew location in Lake success was so extremely helpful and really went above and behind to help me find sizes and made great suggestions. I will not hesitate to shop at this store whenever I get a chance since she was awesome!

    This Factory store feels like shopping at a Madison Avenue boutique. The merchandise standards are impeccable and the styling is inspiring. This store is a gem on the Nassau /Queens border. Shout-out to the team who is very helpful and welcoming everytime I visit.
