Labcorp is good, im just posting about valet parking of the building, some asian guy working there is scamming people by telling them its a valet parking spot give me 5$ & then when you ask for receipts he overwrites the old receipts,as you clearly can see rewrite the 2023 receipt to 2025, putting money in his pocket instead of working honestly, these people can’t leave there corrupt mentality behind
Management Please take suitable action against him !

Located on the top (2nd floor) or the North wing. When you enter the lobby there is a self check in around the left corner, do that FIRST!
Phlebotomist was incredibly warm and made the draw painless. She had great demeanor and put me at ease and even made me laugh and smile. Appreciate the great service!

Waited 25 minutes for a 7:30 a.m. appointment. Worst of all was the bathroom. Had to give a urine sample. The bathroom sink was wrapped in Saran Wrap because it didn’t work. Therefore, you had to open the door, that each person before you did not wash their hands in order to exit. Unsanitary and unacceptable.

Employer's drug test is easy and quick if you have a prior appointment. Self check-in is also easy to use. The waiting area is small but not crowded. They also have free parking for the building. Overall it's a good experience.

This experience was absolutely disgusting, I arrived at 9:20 for my 9:30 appointment, little did I know I had to hold my urine for over 2 hours. My TLC license was not even requested for almost an hour. All the staff were disrespectful and lazy. They would disappear for half an hour at a time and not answer any questions. There were a total of 5 people there and it took them over 2 hours to do only 5 urine tests. Absolutely disgusting behavior and I will tell everyone I know in the TLC community and everyone I know in general to never use this despicable location ever.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with LabCorp. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited for over two hours after checking in. The staff showed complete disregard for my time, repeatedly lying about when I would be seen and assuring me it would be "soon." This kind of unprofessionalism and dishonesty is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they also provided incorrect information about my next appointment, adding to the frustration. I do not recommend LabCorp and will not be returning. Their lack of respect for customers' time and trust is simply inexcusable.

Only one employee works here. The wait is absurd. Terrible management. Do they know that they are in New York? They must have an allergy to efficient service.

Other negative reviews stated that the wait time was too long which is true, but it’s not the staff’s fault that they are understaffed especially in such a high demand medical building.
I went in today for pre-employment bloodwork and I would like to say that that the wait time was 100% worth it. Winsome was the most amazing phlebotomist I have ever encountered. I told her that I get faint during blood draws due to my past experience with other nurses. She let me lay down, took her time to make sure I was comfortable before she proceeded, and walked me through everything as she was drawing my blood. Even though i’m a hardstick, she was very experienced and I barely felt the needle. She even took the initiative to let me feel my veins on both arms because she wanted to show me exactly what they feel like and which one she would be going through. This was very comforting because most nurses in my past have told me “ok I THINK I found it” and would blindly stick me about 5 times before resorting to my wrist or hands. Thank you again Winsome, I will only be coming back to this location to see her from now on!
