Love all old navy clothes great prices and lots of leftovers from change of seasons.l
Have bought many items from this store. Old navy thinks about a woman’s body. In that we are not all the same. They make clothes to fit us all at a very reasonable price. Women over a certain age as I am have a chance to wear cool clothes and look stylish. The outfits are endless. Thanks Old Navy for being real.

Place is a mess. Not enough staff. Lines to buy is atrocious. Only one register open and a line to the back of the store. Clothing is overpriced thanks to Bidenomics. No decent sales.

I purchased an item online last week and went to return it in-store due to a size issue. Luckily, I found the correct size and bought it. Cashier Associate INGRID told me it would be a final sale if I matched the online price, but any issues would be addressed. Three days later, I returned due to a fitment problem, but Ingrid refused the return, claiming it was a final sale, which wasn’t on the receipt.
Assistant Manager SHELDON was also unhelpful and rude, insisting on the final sale policy and questioning why I didn’t return it online. No final sale was mentioned in the item description on the receipt. When I asked him to show me the specific company policy that supported his claim, he made a flimsy excuse about having been on vacation for three months and not knowing the exact policy.
These employees are misleading customers and violating company policies. I insist everyone use their credit card for in-store purchases to avoid any billing issues in the future, always file a charge dispute if they deny your return, and report unprofessional behavior via the survey on the receipt and by contacting corporate HQ.

The clothing selection for men and women and children is pretty nice. This particular day, I had a cashier who was horrible .... he didn't seem to want to make an effort to look for the 40% off price, which I told him was priced 40% lower, but he didn't not believe me. He seemed kind of reluctant, but finally, he looked, and sure enough, I was right, and he was wrong !!!!

Old navy was good for cheaply made affordable clothes now a pair of lounge pants are 26.95. GTFOH! Even their clearance section is overpriced. No thanks, I'll take my buisness elsewhere.

Hi , I went there for return because they sent me wrong merchandise and There staff is very nice and helpful and Sheldon helped me out very patiently and he understood it's not my fault and I called customer service they were not helping me .So sheldon listened all the situation and refunded me all my money .Thank you so much for your help.Sheldon.
