Give you hard time to get a certificate for my disability claim purposes, it’s been 2 weeks and it will only take a minute to give a piece of paper for that certificate requirement I need !

Noah at Ivy Rehab is an exceptional physical therapist who truly goes above and beyond. His professionalism is evident from the moment you step into the clinic, where he welcomes you with a warm and friendly demeanor that instantly puts you at ease. One of Noah's remarkable qualities is his ability to tailor treatments to individual pain levels. Throughout my six months of therapy, he consistently adjusted tasks and exercises to match my comfort and capability, ensuring progress without unnecessary discomfort. His attentiveness to my needs made every session not just productive but also surprisingly enjoyable. All of the staff there ( can't name them all as I would probably miss someone and I don't want to do that) is helpful and kindUnder Noah's guidance, I've experienced tremendous improvement in my physical well-being. His expertise and personalized approach have led to noticeable results, leaving me feeling stronger, more mobile, and incredibly satisfied with the progress achieved.I highly recommend Noah at Ivy Rehab for anyone seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate physical therapist. Front desk has no idea on insurance and copayment you have to pay. They advised me when started and middle of treated that there was nothing i had to pay, This way they can set up more visit for and make more money. After few months they state i have balance in account. They stated it was third party and made a error and now it was fixed. Totally misguided by front desk people. People please beware.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Front desk is very rude and unprofessional, they give you wrong and other patients information and then have an attitude with you. The physical therapist are very prejudice and made me feel uncomfortable, they wouldnt assist me but paid alot of attention to the white customers. I would say hello and goodbye and be blatantly ignored. They never contacted me to see why I stopped coming, and good thing because if I went back there a next time I would of fought someone . Dont go here! They need new management and entire work team.

I can't say enough good things about Kelly and the entire staff at the New Hyde Park location. They are knowledgeable, capable and so friendly. The routine they give you is perfect for your ability level, then when they see it's getting too easy, they bump you up to the next level. So, you are always progressing. Although I came in for an issue with my foot, I am noticing improvements there, as well as in my back, my stamina level, my overall strength. If someone needs physical therapy, I would whole heartedly recommend Ivy Rehab!

Ivy Rehab is a very friendly place and the staff makes you very comfortable. Veronia was my vestibular therapist and there are not enough words to explain how wonderful she is. She helped me get rid of vertigo and headaches that I was getting everyday. My episodes are practically gone. She was always positive with me and listened to all my concerns. She is kind and generous. I was blessed to have had her as my vestibular therapist

Worst "Physical therapists" in NY. Manipulates medical records. Black woman with freckles at front desk caters to PD officer and uses her husband to "network" with other pd officers since her Husband is a "white Shirt" or a captain. Disgusting, 90percent of the male therapists here are pretty terrible at their jobs, and generally dont seem to know what theyr doing.

I'd stay far away from any Ivy Rehab because of their billing department. During COVID, there was supposed to be lower copays for telehealth sessions and then months later, they are coming after my wife for the full amount of the copays. After multiple attempts to work this out, they sent the account to collections who harass us now because Ivy's billing mistake that they refuse to take care of.
