It's good for pet products, forget about trying to adopt kittens that have been locked up in the cages for long periods. A non for profit picks and chooses whom gets to take home a fur ball. Don't waste your time and money. Go to a reputable association for better satisfaction.

Complete waste of $105 for just a bath and “sani trim”. What a JOKE!!! the groomer was great however, Petsmarts packages are overpriced and ridiculous for what you get.i I should’ve just drove out east and went to my regular groomer and paid $80 including tip for a bath, full sani trim and trim. PetSmart couldn’t even trim my double coated dogs stomach area, tassels on her legs and do a full sani trim bc I chose the bath and FURminator package instead of bath and haircut which mind you a double coated animal is not supposed to be cut… only trimmed, just a little. Very disappointing. Not worth the money. Stay away from corporate places.

Not the cleanest store, and the staff isn't very helpful. Always a line to pay. But they have what I need so I shop here.

Love this place ,my only advice is to check always the frozen mices or reptile food ,sometimes they look old

Eye witness report:
The boss of this establishment delegated a manager to tell a gunman amid a robbery to put his gun down. He quit his job after the gunman left the store. I don't think this place deserves a dime of anyone's money.
