Excellent service..I recommend this shop to anyone. I took my car to get the front bumper replaced. It was done very neatly done.

Dealing with Phil is as if you're working with a toddler with behavior issues. Guy has the most unprofessional attitude and nothing but excuses. I would attempt doing own work then letting this clown have my business. Good luck with that attitude this place will be closed very soon thankfully

I don’t know if it’s possible to sing this auto shops praises and higher. Steve always takes care of me. He feels like family. Like an uncle on your mothers side. He helped me navigate through my insurance, he helped he with the rental car company. And that’s not even his job! My car is a leased luxury suv. Steve returned my car to me brand new. When you come to Phil’s you know they will take care of you. Especially if you ask for Steve.

I live in California and my daughter goes to college in New York. My daughter's car broke down and after taking it to a Honda dealership and another repair shop that could not help us, we found Phil Russo auto repair. I was fortunate enough to talk to Steve, who is one of the nicest people I've ever talked to. He immediately helped me and made sure that we were receiving the best parts and service at a decent price. He was extremely thorough and communicated well with me. When you're 3000 miles away, it is hard to find and trust someone but Steve met that challenge for me. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop.Service: Engine repair

I was in accident . Phil Russo towed my car to there shop. Steve was so awesome ! Answered all my question's and gave me piece of mind . His staff was also really nice . Honest business . Highly recommend .

Phil Russo is an excellent mechanic and auto body man. He has done many repairs on multiple vehicles and even my trucks for me over the years. I would highly recommend him for any auto related repairs. He is honest and his prices are very reasonable for the high quality work that he does!

HAD STEERING PUMP REPLACED BY A DEALER 22 MONTHS AGO ONLY TO HAVE IT LEAK ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY( FAULTY STEERING PUMP) AT PHIL RUSSO'S, IT WAS REPLACED. NOW IT WORKS LIKE NEW IT,DRIVES WITHOUT ANY NOISE AT ALL. THE CHARGE FOR THE REPAIR WAS VERY FAIR. STEVE IS A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC. I HIGHLY RECONMEND THIS SERVICE SHOP. MICHAEL LOBACCARO
